There's been a bit of turnover in the stylists, but I've now had 3 appointments with Paula, and she is great. She has the right balance of talk (not too much to be annoying, but enough that it seems she genuinely wants to know you and know about you as her customer). Paula took over where my former stylist left off, providing me with 2-colored highlights every 8-10 weeks. She takes care in the application and cut and style afterward; my appointments usually last about 2 - 2.5 hours. The decor is modern salon style decor - I can't really say that it's anything special but it's clean and nice and I feel relaxed in there. I like the nice little touch of being offered water, juice or wine with my highlights! They have a variety of upscale-type hair products and tools. I find that I'm quite happy every time and feel that the price I pay is about right for the quality I receive (about $160 for 2-color highlights, shampoo, cut, style and blow-dry). They are conveniently located in the CBD, and have recently procured 2 free parking spots in the lot adjacent to the salon, making parking a breeze (and free for the entire length of your appointment).
