If you have ever attended a TDSB public school after amalgamation or any of the pre-amalgamation former 6 public school boards (i.e. Toronto, Scarborough, York, East York, North York, Etobicoke) and require a certified copy(s) of your student transcript which is no longer available at the original school you attended, then it will be stored (in hard copy format or in electronic data format) at this TDSB facility.
The TDSB Central Transcript Office is located on the 3rd floor at 140 Borough Drive in Scarborough. TDSB is a co-tenant in this building complex called the Scarborough Civic Centre. The City of Toronto is the other co-tenant which is listed as 150 Borough Drive.
TDSB staff provide great customer service. They however require you to complete a records request either in person or through an online request. Submitting valid ID is a prerequisite as well as advance payment for the student transcript document(s).
