Although the ratios are low, my child had three to four teachers in the class, which made for a lot of students in general. Consequently, concerns expressed to one teacher were not communicated to the others. We eventually talked to three of her teachers on separate occasions over a span of a few months before something was done. We're currently at a different place and we're astounded by how much happier our child is. Now that there is emotionally security, there is greater freedom and joy to pursue one's learning potential.
