We are extremely grateful that we came across this school. With the hard and diligent work of the…read moreteachers and therapists, our children have made great progress. When we started the school, our children did not even speak English, not to mention the lag in their overall development. We expected some progress, but what the teachers achieved exceeded all our expectations. They not only worked on our children's fine motor skills and behavior, but they managed to teach them letters, numbers, basic reading skills and mathematics - things that we thought would be possible much later in time. We are especially impressed that in I Am Smart S-Cool, in parallel with the therapeutic work, there is a lot of emphasis on academic learning. In many of the specialized schools that we had previously considered, the academic material was quite abbreviated (due to the reduced expectations for children with special educational needs). In I Am Smart S-Cool, however, the teachers are very dedicated, work with great patience and love, and manage to unleash the children's potential. The children feel the love and care, and this creates peace and security for them. Whenever a person enters the school, a calm working atmosphere is heard. We are very impressed by the principal and all the teachers and therapists at the school. By their hard work, their patience, their tireless care and professionalism in teaching. For all of them, this is not just a job, but a calling.

Webtree Internationational School is a wonderful school, staffed by caring, highly qualified…read moreteachers who go out of their way to get to know each student and teach according to the student's strengths and goals. WISE wants to ensure that parents and students are confident about their decision to enrol at the school so they allow students to try the school out for a day before making a commitment. Most of the students at WISE are full time but some attend public school for the majority of their courses and enrol in Math or Science courses at WISE so that they can benefit from the low teacher student ratio and obtain a sound foundation and a good grade in courses important to their University applications and future career goals. Some students want to ensure that they do well for Grade 12 so they attend public school through to Grade 11 and come to WISE for Grade 12 only. Whether full time or part-time, students are made to feel part of the WISE family. WISE also offers ESL courses, one on one tutoring and provides Academic Advising and assistance to students with University applications and program selection.

Our YMS journey began several years ago since toddler class and now as my daughter graduates, I can…read moretruly appreciate all the amazing things YMS delivered upon. The teachers were not only supportive and communicative, but they would always be available for discussions or a bit of extra help outside of class hours. The classroom sizes were perfectly tailored to foster growth and discovery but also ensure personalized attention when necessary. The learning modules were innovative, original, and forward-thinking, creating such a positive learning experience. The YMS staff have always ensured my daughter was welcomed with open arms and hearts, a true testament to their caring nature, and I always felt they considered us as part of their own families. The teachers and their attention to detail were instrumental factors in expanding my daughter's willingness to learn, growth and maturity. They have built a strong foundation, nurtured confidence, engaged social skills, in a way that truly demonstrates how much they care. Although our time at YMS has come to a close, I may have shed a tear during the graduation ceremony, not only for how proud I felt, but also knowing it was time to say goodbye to an amazing family, and I will ensure to recommend to parents that truly want the best for their children to make sure to put YMS at the top of the list.
