I had their tech guy come out who flat out informed me their towers can't support the users so how much you get will fluctuate no matter what you pay. (sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen). AND THIS IS HOW GOOD IT IS WHEN IT WORKS! Lol I asked for a specific quote to buy my own space on the tower (dedicated fiber or something like that they call it). Didn't even get a call back. I've got a couple days left or AWI and then praise the lord I can get TDS. I'll be paying 50% the price for 20x the speed. How sad.

Chance and his tech came to our rescue! Not only did they squeeze us in the same day and come to our home after hours, they even rewired the poor installation job which had been done by the first crew in the control box, all of which we needed to have so that our smart home would run reliably and smoothly. We had a second issue with a security camera. Chance took it upon himself to help us, even though he did not have to. His talent is amazing, but so too is his heart. 5 stars for Prodigy IT!
