When we had a horizontal rain several years past, I nearly had my sheetrock collapse near my chimney. Called James Kate, and they not only repaired my entire chimney, but also pointed out five leaks...two by the builder, and three more by previous re-roofs by different companies due to incorrectly installed flashing. Earlier this year, I noticed a ceiling discoloration in the front living area. Again, due to incorrectly installed flashing. They not only repaired everything, but also put in thermal barrier under the shingles. Hopefully won't need a roof replacement soon, but will call James Kate if that occurs.

The leaves had collected in a section over the garage causing water to back up under the shingles which caused water to run off into the garage. Not only did Daniel give me an estimate to fix the problem he got up on the roof with his blower and blew the leaves off so, if it rains again, I will know for sure that the problem was the result of the leaves and not hail damage. My USAA insurance corresponded with Prescher and confirmed that all damaged items would be covered, and James did more than cover the repair needed. We ended up with a 50 year roof, that also saved us on insurance! The gutters were replaced, with permanent leaf guards, and the work is outstanding. Weather was good, maybe even hot but finished in one day James was always available for any questions i had and explained the process in detail ... he knows his stuff! Prescher can also cover repairs required along the way I'm very impressed by their work, and would highly recommend them!
