These two very sweet ladies showed up on time. They were cheerful and friendly and wasted no time. In addition to all the regular housecleaning stuff (bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, etc.), they did heavy duty things like wiping out all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaning the blinds, wiping out the fridge and microwave, and cleaning the inside of the oven (I sprayed it the night before). They're very thorough and super quick! My completely empty two bedroom + two bathroom 1300sf place was finished in only about 90 minutes. If I were staying in the area, I'd definitely have them on a regular basis.

Dust was left around door casing in some bedrooms. One of the kitchen countertops was not thoroughly cleaned. On the bright side, the team was very friendly and upon initial glance the home appeared to be thoroughly cleaned.

He went over and above my estimate of pics to be hung. Also he installed the 30 handles I had purchased. I did miscalculate the amount of handles needed. It needed two more for the guest bathroom. I asked if when I received the handles if he would mount them as well as hang two small pics that were missed. He told me that would not be a problem. I contacted him when the items arrived and he said he would work me in. He did not work me in. I contacted him again and he was apologetic and said he would work me in again (paraphrasing) which so far he hasn't. It has been almost two months and I decided to update my review rather than contact him again. I firmly believe that in the customer services business which Andrew's company obviously is, I have found that the proof of whether a company provides world class service or does not is usually not in the initial job but mostly in the follow up when commitment to ones word becomes paramount. Not every job goes as planned. The companies I pick who live up to their own commitment continue to get rewarded by other paying jobs. This job was a be back type. No remuneration just a small business owner standing up for his own word. If he felt he needed to get paid a trip charge he did not express it to me. Personally I think the man does excellent work and it took me two months to publish this follow up.
