This has become my go-to branch since we moved to the area seven years ago. Banking is not what it used to be with all of the technological changes that allow us to do most routine transactions on our phone or tablet. But the folks at this branch are always pleasant and those that have been there for a while always greet me by name. I have come in many times over the years to use the notary services they provide and I may be old-fashioned, but I like being able to go into a branch and have them get to know me personally in case I ever run in to a problem and need help. Having a relationship with a real person is, in my opinion, better than just the convenience of being an account number without a face. I have banked with TD Bank for so long that it was Commerce and when a new person deposits a check for me they always ask if I need help looking up my account number because there seems to be a few digits missing. I assure them that the account number is fine but it is older than they are, most likely. I like the service and the personalities I have encountered over the years so I will remain a customer and encourage others to do the same. read more
