While there, I personally saw Madonna handle several unpleasant customers with the greatest & most professional of mannerisms. Definitely round of applause to this Branch. I trust them with all of her banking needs & can tell that all upcoming customers moving forward will be in good hands. Go Northfield!!!

Each time I visit I grab a ticket and never wait more than 15 minutes, get to the window and tell them what I need and I'm out. Easy as that. I don't expect sunshine/smiles/rainbows and I'm ok with that. It seems others don't understand that. This is NYC not Ohio. Their customer service line sucks but which one doesn't? Apart from that they give City employees nice loans and mostly no fee savings/checking accounts. They even have a no fee coin counting machine. One thing that needs to be greatly improved on at all locations are the ATM machines. They're dated compared to other banks but they do serve their purpose. I'd continue to use this location and will recommend it to all of my civil servant brothers/sisters.
