Went here on Wednesday July 23rd 2025 to deposit some more cash. Used the ATM outside first, to deposit cash. Depositing cash was easy and went well. Then i went inside and deposited more money with a teller. First filled out a deposit slip, and there was no line. Went to the teller right away, and they deposited my cash right away too. I had an account with them and considered opening a CD, but after calling the TD bank in Monroe, New York...after they opened at 11 am and having it ring 42 times, you can't tell me that someone was ignoring answering the phone. Made a check deposit and was told by the teller funds would be available in 3 days. Online it was still pending after the 3 days so I called and was told 5 business days. After 5 business days it was still pending so I called and was told its 7 business days!!! Finally got my money but never would have used them if I was told the correct info when I first asked. 3 different people 3 different answers. The check was from Citibank. I had a account with for many years which I eventually closed in July. The next month I got a bill for .68 cents. I went into the bank and was told I had a zero balance and to disregard the bill. The next month I got another bill for the same amount. I went in and saw the same teller. She said that she made a mistake and that amount was for a overdraft account that was tied into the checking account. I paid the .68 cents and I thought that was the end of it. I just got a bill for $20.68 in the mail. I went to the branch and was told that I never closed the overdraft account. I asked them why I would need a overdraft on a checking account that was closed in July? I walked out and called the corporate office. They were helpful in resolving the issue and closed out the overdraft account . read more

The worst customer service experience ever. I walk in to deposit and make a wire transfer... the lady was nasty.. zero customer service.. the teller deposited my cash. When I tried to make a wire transfer, she said the bank was closed. How can the bank be close when I'm in the facility being serviced???? TD usually have great customer service but this one really surprised me... the worst TD experience ever. I've been a member since they opened.. truly disappointed. read more

Three strikes you are OUT! First, I forgot password and I was locked out online. Was told I had to go to branch. Manager called corporate and said I would not be able to get online access until the Tuesday after the three day weekend! Second, my ATM card locked out after not using it for 6 months (standard procedure). Third strike, I deposited CASH and deposit slip did not say this (using old type when most banks don't use them at all) online bank said deposit was "pending"! CASH should NOT be pending. Tellers are sweet only reason I have not moved yet.Today I asked for help with address update and again treated as if I am a burden! ALWAYS ACTS AS IF YOUR Bothering her!!!.I HAD anxiety attack when I had to deal with her, always rude short..and disrespect! This is the worst company. There employees are rude and their branch manager Lauren is obnoxious and doesn't know how to do her job. They branch made a clerical error and Lauren refused to take response for her branch's error and are charged our closed account that was closed in good standing. They gave me the remaining balance. One month later they sent us a bill in the mail. They're corporate dept. I spoke to Loli on their recorded line who stated in was the branches fault. Unfortunately, Lauren didn't want to be bothered. Stay away from the branch. They'll do anything to steal your money. read more
