Incredibly slow service to do the simplest transactions. Staff are so rude. I went today to cash out a CD and it took forever. Clerk was rude, slow and behaved as if I was asking her to perform an incredible difficult labor. I was literally there for over 15 minutes. Not sure why this had to be done in person. They need to get into the modern age with actual online banking and not require someone to go in person. I was also berated for not bringing my ATM card as it would have made her job easier. This branch is deplorable. HORRENDOUS customer service for any standard but especially for banking.

This place has the rudest staff ever! I pull up to the drive up window, complete my transaction, then I get rudely scolded by a woman working that the way I drove up was wrong. If I had known I wouldn't have gone that way. Also she told me I should've turned around in a tone that was telling me I was stupid. I told her there was no room to turn around and I drove off. Luckily this is not my bank. I was making a transaction for my friend. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. As if someone wouldn't feel stupid and bad enough for going the wrong way and having to wait until someone lets you in front of them...she had to make it worse. The behavior of TD-Bank (and one of it's business customers) is certainly unethical and probably illegal. Don't believe me? Read on: I opened a checking account well over three weeks ago. The initial deposit was a payroll check from a local well known non-profit that provides home care services. Believe it or not, it has now been three weeks and the bank still refuses to process the check. What do I mean by "refuses to process the check?" I mean that the bank will neither pay the check nor return the check for "insufficient funds". I have inquired and complained multiple times. The first time by phone, the second time I went in personally and talked to a bank manager, the third time I went in with my mom and we both talked to a bank manager. All three times the bank representative refused to process the check. All three times I was told exactly the same totally unbelievable story. Apparently, the non-profit has a business account at the bank. I have been told that there is not enough money in the account to cover the payroll for all employees. and that the check will be paid as soon as there is sufficient funds to cover the payroll of all the employees. OMG. Really? Really? I was told that the employees would be better off if the payroll checks were not returned for insufficient funds. Because if the payroll checks were returned for insufficient funds, that the employees who deposited payroll checks would be hit by penalties for depositing a returned check. Really???? I think the employees would be better of if the non profit or TD-Bank were hung out to dry by the Massachusetts Attorney General! These activities need exposure to the light of day. I am not a lawyer, but In my opinion, this sounds like the non-profit is writing bad checks and that the bank is covering for them. In my opinion, if I had opened an account at any other bank, I would now have my money. TD-bank would have paid my payroll check. In my opinion, it is the fact that both I and the non-profit have accounts in the same bank TD-bank, that is allowing TD-bank to take advantage of me by forcing me to, in effect, provide the non-profit with an interest free loan by no paying my payroll check. To say that this has caused me hardships is an understatement. I won't go into the ugly and embarrassing details. Just, stay away from this bank. read more

My review is not for this specific branch but the company as a whole. Td bank does not care about the customers only about how many fees they can charge them. I have two accounts at TD bank they closed my account which both had money in them and never told me about this. My card declined so I tried my other card it declined then my husband tried his cards and they both decline I long in to my online banking app and there is more than enough money in the account. I call the 800 customer service number and they have no idea what the problem is. Later I get a call from gieco the rep says they can't withdraw my insurance payment because my bank account was reported stolen. I wish Td bank could have told me that. Call Td bank 800 number they tell me to go to my local branch and they would straighten it up. My local branch tells me they can't I need to call the 800 number. So now I can't use my debit cards and all my bills are being declined and the bank refuses to take responsibility if they had warned me I would have made other arrangements to make sure my bills were paid on time and avoid the numerous late/bounced check fees The worst part is they have no idea how long this will take to be fixed. I'm not missing any money just change my account numbers and issue me new cards and remove the fees read more
