This bank and evidently it's "manager" whom I must say is very good at "acting" nice is nothing but a bank that does NOT know what they're doing. I had my name legally changed in 2015. Every bank I have changed it no problem with the court document and current drivers license. However every year that I went into this bank and met with their Customer Service team I was told that I had to send my original court doc with the actual seal to their Boston, Massachusetts location - something I didn't feel comfortable in doing. I finally wrote a formal complaint and they must think that since 2015 I wanted my account to stay in the old name, as I did not. It caused problems buying a house and we are in the process of buying again and explaining the two different names to the mortgage company is not something you should have to do. I guess Tara Kozak and Ellie Ziegler at their executive office in PA likes to lie because in their third paragraph to me that said they did a formal investigation? Is that so? Then why did Gabe aka Gabriel who likes to do reviews of the banks he's a manager for (which is against yelp tos) state that he apologized it was an intern. I also asked him if he was a manager there for a while because he stated to me how easy it was to change a name on their maintenance screen. And he said he was a manager there for a while. Again apologized for not teaching his staff right, but reports back to the higher ups that he did a formal inquiry? Who in their right mind would write a formal complaint and have to keep their name on their checking account at this bank as their old name because they were told that the branches don't do it - the Boston office processes that. So in this letter I guess Gabe lied to them and in turn they are feeding me a line of garbage OR they didn't do an investigation whatsoever. The only thing that is truth - is that I couldn't make it for 3 pm on the 22nd because I had clients. But I did change it - how would I know what Gabe looks like and that he's evidently creating his own reviews for the banks he manages or used to. So you know who the liars really are. Both Gabe and their executive personnel shown below. Gabe apologized for the intern, but that's a lie now right? Keep my debit card Gabe, I'll be pulling my money out. Worst experience just trying to open a bank account I would stay far away. Took the money had with me and went across the street at another bank. So happy they "couldn't" open an account don't want that as your hometown bank read more
