Can't say that for all banks.. looking at you TD Bank. Also, I signed up for bonus accounts and did what was asked of me... and I got both my bonuses quickly and accurately. I did end up closing my accounts because I only really needed them for the bonus but I would recommend this bank and in particular this branch to anyone.

Every time I go to the Bank Of America In Medway there are great people who quickly and expertly assist me. My one drawback? I don't live in Medway and the location is in a strip mall that is not the easiest to get to. I would respectfully suggest that they move to Mills. Into the old location where Middlesex Savings Bank was. This location is right off Route 109 and doesn't have a 1/4th of the traffic and congestion of the Medway location.

It gives me personalized service and everyone is so helpful when I go there to do both personal and business banking. It even has a free coin machine to turn in coins and has popcorn and treats available.
