Terrible company and services, they charge almost triple as other payroll, and they do not deliver good service. It is like pulling teeth to get them to do anything, and then they are not transparent about fees. They got my company fined thousands from the IRS and never addressed it, after we asked repeatedly. We finally left them, and now they will not release our payroll reports for accounting without an extra fee, even though we paid the yearly fee for 2021. They always say they are "impounding" the bank account and you never realize what you're paying in fees until you ask at the end of the year since they never send an invoice! Also, when I called the MA dept of revenue to fix something on our account that they screwed up, the rep there said our payroll messed up several things that I had to fix, so I am not exactly sure what "service" we were even paying for. They might seem nice or attentive, but anytime you need something serious addressed, they will not help you and leave you hanging to do it yourself anyway. Also, as a side note, they send everything on CD roms and charge you a high fee for it, not sure who uses CD roms these days. Their platform also is terrible dinosaur software and very clunky and not user friendly to use. Please do not choose them, and I encourage you to look at other options, such as Gusto/ Quickbooks etc, which are way easier to deal with and will save you so much money. We have been customers of Vision Payroll since they opened 21 years ago. We were a three years young business at the time and the payroll company we were using created some payroll tax issues. Vision came in cleaned up the problem and we have received nothing but stellar service since. We have never had a late payroll.
