When you take out insurance through an agency, the minimum you expect is effective and qualified communication, but this is not the case with G & N Insurance. When I called to resolve this situation with G&N, they told me that they could do nothing and that I would have to take out insurance with Progressive or Geico. Why does G & N exist even if you can do it all online? Terrible experience!
