I had a disappointing and unprofessional experience with Theresa White Branah, a manager at this Seacoast Bank location. As I was about to enter the bank, instead of a polite greeting, I was immediately asked where I parked. There was no "Hello" or "Welcome"--just a question seemingly to ensure I was a customer. I responded that I was indeed a customer and pointed out that this was an inappropriate way to greet someone. Unfortunately, instead of apologizing, she justified her actions, which shows a lack of professionalism and a need for training. Mistakes happen, and that's understandable, but refusing to apologize and attempting to rationalize poor behavior is unacceptable. This incident stands out because I've never had issues like this at Seacoast Bank before. It's disappointing, especially when I've always trusted this institution to deliver excellent customer service. I'll be making a formal complaint because everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their status as a customer or visitor. Employees are not traffic cops, and in today's world, enforcing parking or interrogating parents about where they park should not be a priority. I hope Seacoast Bank implements a new policy to remind staff about professionalism and proper customer interaction. Until then, I cannot recommend this branch and encourage others to think twice before visiting.

We were in and out in less than five minutes, the teller was friendly and efficient, and there was plenty of parking. I do my banking online so I rarely need to go into a branch, but it's nice to know there's one so close to home. Located in the Villages of Oriole Plaza. Same plaza as Publix and the Movies of Delray.

Tried to cash a check as a…read morenon customer today and was told by the representative that he couldn't remember if the fee was $8 or $10. which is way more than most other banks. as a contractor I cash many checks from many different banks And that Fee (not that he could remember what the fee was) is much higher than most others. Then he told me he needed to create a customer profile including my social security number. Is this standard procedure?? Just to cash a check?!? Again I go to many banks and cash many checks and never have I been asked for my social security number. No wonder I was the only customer anywhere to be seen at 4 o'clock on a Friday. Will never step foot in that institution again.

Ten dollars for non customers who want to cash one of their (I presume) checks is reasonable considering the time and effort it takes and how easy it would be to avoid any fee by simply depositing the check in your bank.

A Double Review for Exceptional Customer Service…read more I had the pleasure of being assisted by Omar at the Capital One Delray location not once, but twice. The first time, I never received the email to leave a review, so I guess this is my double review because his customer service deserves to be recognized! During my first visit, the branch was extremely busy, and I had already been waiting for quite some time. Instead of simply telling me to continue waiting, Omar came out, acknowledged me, explained the reason for the delay, and even offered me tea while I waited. That small gesture made a big difference. What impressed me even more was how he assisted other customers. One gentleman was waiting for a service that wasn't even offered at that particular location. Omar came out, explained the situation, and helped him with what he could do instead saving that customer another 30 minutes of unnecessary waiting. That's the kind of initiative and awareness you don't see every day. Omar eventually assisted me as well, and I left feeling that my time and business were genuinely valued. Then, during my second visit, Omar greeted me, remembered my face, and once again provided excellent assistance with the ATM. The consistency was impressive. Omar, thank you for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for customers. Customer service at this level should never go unrecognized.
