She gave my mother another customer's car insurance print form after taking the money order. She refused to answer phone calls, refused to correct her mistakes, told my mother to sit and wait, until my mother yelled at her to stop messing around and print her the correct car insurance forms because she had already gave out the decal sticker. She even claimed there was no record even after she took the money order. This broker deserves zero stars for this staff's rude, incompetent, unprofessional service. She was behaving like a total bitch and purposefully so. My mother told her she thought she would not dare to be so bad if she was not another Chinese person, but a white caucasian senior female customer. I think the staff person is named Peggy? After going last year, being promised a price for myself and my child whom would be a simple entry- I was charged much more. Things that I have always used and applied to my taxes they wouldn't. I was charged much more than promised. Missing signed forms, and a few other issues. Unprofessional conversations while I was in there. Sadly I would not recommend focus tax under the new ownership. I rather pay a little more and get exceptional service and accuracy. Family and friends have reported the same and have had major mistakes made last year. My brother in law and parents had also always gone here and will not this year.
