Showed up as soon as they opened on a Friday morning, ended up taking the individual we worked with (John S.) about an hour to get through everything. He failed to have us sign a form (he had to overnight it to me, then I had to overnight it to my brother, and then back to fidelity) and didn't upload some of our legal documents. I've called back multiple times, and can never get anyone on the phone. I was told to upload said documents that I brought in the first time through their secure online messaging, but the files are too big (unsurprising, these are legal documents). The VP branch leader, Megan Hrabe, called me back, left a voicemail, but no callback number and it's clear from her voicemail that she doesn't understand the frustrations. We are going on THREE WEEKS of trying to finalize all information for a Trustee Certification even though we came prepared to the appointment with all information in hand. Don't waste your time, go to a different branch or move your money elsewhere. We will be.

Over the course of one year, decisions made by Susan and Paul to sell stocks of mine I gave them to…read moremanage and stocks purchased by them with the funds from those sales resulted conservatively in a loss of greater than $150,000.00, plus an additional forfeiture of approximately $20,000.00 in dividends from the sale of dividend earning stocks; this based on an initial portfolio of mid-six figures. Their investment decisions were mostly trendy but atrocious, and most of what they purchased suffered continuous decline, commencing almost immediately after their purchase, thus the entire experience was witnessing this collapse in everything they purchased, and hoping for a rebound. In fact, as I was told by Stiles, my portfolio was the worst performing portfolio of all they managed. For me, this was an expensive experiment. I've fired them as my investment advisor, and am now managing all of my own investments again, which is something I am able to do significantly better than these "professionals". They look good and sound good, and utter the right words such as fiduciary and minimizing risk. I am sure there are some good investment advisories out there, but this is not one of them. Never, ever choose them. Choose another, or manage your own funds. You'll be much better off.
