I have been assisting home-buyers in achieving the American dream for over 28 years. My primarily goals is to consult and educate my clients in order to obtain the most personalized and financially suitable loan products. I believe with my understanding of constant change in global markets, along with my individualized attention I give my customers on their loan sets me apart of the competition. I have extensive experience with new construction, resale and refinance loans. My loan program expertise includes FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans. I can also advise customers on "Down Payment Assistance Loans" with local agencies. I am currently licensed to originate loans in Florida, Minnesota, South Carolina, and Texas.

Established in 2001.

In December 2018, I decided it was time to bring back "Mortgage Avenue" which was originally founded back in 2001. This will give me the greatest opportunity to deliver the best loan products and services for my clients and referral partners in the local community.
