She was asked for advice and the manner in which she delivered it was extremely unprofessional and would warrant a coaching moment at the very least. She needs to be reported to someone. Doesn't matter one bit how good she is with taxes, she was horrible with people.

They have alot of excuses, mostly that they can't do their job. I have spent hours on the phone with corporate office, mostly on hold. I did finally get a preliminary interview with someone, who gave me a case # and a promise I would get a call in 3 days, that was 6 days ago. I have contested the charge on my credit and will probably need and tax service to fix H&R blocks inept mess straight. Don't let these people do your taxes.

Finally around 12:30 someone comes to talk to me telling that they don't know when the person will be in and that I should just keep waiting. Why make an appointment for a service that isn't going to be open?! And if the person isn't going to show up, then the least you could do is contact me and let me know not to waste my time!
