"A few days" turned into 3 weeks and 5 follow up calls. Every time I requested a call back, they would assure me they would but never do so. Everything was waiting on a system update with no further explanation. Every call seemed like a rush to get me off the phone, giving a quick response, an insincere apology and unwillingness to hear anything I had to say on the matter. This is not a place to go to if quality customer service is expected, especially for its price
