If you want to have trouble with the IRS this is the place to go. Very terrible service, always new and rude staff, and the staff are always eating behind the front desk while they're talking to customers. I did my personal and business taxes and they reported the wrong numbers on my experiences and forgot to file my personal property taxes when I contact them they said I'm not the owner of the property so I email them the county record then they said you are a co owner so you're not qulify (I'm telling you it's a joke) so I went some where else and got it done. Then I contacted them multiple times to correct the mistakes they made on my business returns and I was told that they don't have the time to fix it. I stopped at thier office in Applevalley and the front desk gal said Nancy doesn't want to do business with you. Always wrong answers, and they blame it on the person that they fired. read more
