I am a retired Special Education- Speech Improvement teacher and daughter for our father's issues. My Out of State family members became equally frustrated to drop out. This attorney did not do what he said he would do, or does little, and to keep me waiting and paying. He is only out for money, and is misleading. He does not tell the truth or to say he forgets. You have to get everything written down in detail, if you do any business with this man or his firm. In the meantime, our elderly father was manipulated and exploited, by outsiders- tenants/ students, a Third party Guardianship and Conservatorship, and this attorney did the same to me. Our dementia- Alzheimer ill father had multiple illnesses and he was left to continue living for years under the control of these Outsiders: a girlfriend and students who have been acting as friends/scammers along with the Third party - Guardianship and Conservatorship who played along with them. Just so they can benefit themselves with our father's hard earned life savings. Our family case is a disaster and tragedy. Our father died almost financially broke and emotionally broken from the greed, and insensitivity.
