Mr. Vue did not defend Me aggressively when My ex's attorney was stating false information pertaining to Me to the judge. Mr. Vue just sat back and had no rebuttals. He also did not notify the judge and her chamber that we would be submitting our response and a new motion to her courtroom LATE due to the fact that My ex's attorney's firm MAILED My subpoena LATE. I had only twelve days before our scheduled appearance to answer and file. Yes, twelve days to file a response to My ex's motion and to submit My motion against him. Of course the judge upheld My ex's motion against Me but threw Mine out due to late submission. That was a wasted four hundred dollars for a worthless filing. I deposited twenty five hundred dollars into a retainer account for Mr. Vue's services. I had three office meetings one hour long each with Mr. Vue and one court appearance which was approximately two and a half hours long. Along with the four hundred dollar filing fee, three one hour meetings and one court appearance, My retainer was left empty. I notified Mr. Vue I no longer needed his services that morning we left court. Mr. Vue is kind but he was not aggressive or assertive enough to represent Me.
