I had dealt with some high-drama attorneys in the past that showed me how valuable of a skill he provides in that way. He understands the emotions behind divorce without capitalizing off of them. One phone conversation with Franz is all it will take for you to feel at ease about your divorce. You will know that you are in good hands with him on your side. Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts - Attorney Barbara Kristianssen at Felhaber Larson helped me with my…read moremother's trust, will, and power of attorney / healthcare documents when we moved her to MN from CA. I heard about her through an NPR report on Wills & Estates, and a caller to the program, unsolicited, talked about how Ms. Kristianssen has saved his family a lot of money by understanding tax law implications when moving a trust / estate from Montana. She did not disappoint! She is kind, explains legal terms in a layperson-friendly way, and doesn't charge you for things you don't need (she could have charged us for updating the trust documents but told us those were fine as is.) Highly recommend. If you need to do your will or estate planning, don't wait - just DO it, already, and save your loved ones the hassle, confusion, trauma and cost of not having your estate pulled together. Our total bill was about $570. FYI, another attorney wanted to charge me $3,500 for the same work.

We used Stone Arch Law office to help us with our Estate Planning. Worked with Tony and I couldn't…read morerecommend the firm and him personally enough. He provided a wealth of information and throughout the process, we didn't feel rushed or shorted. He listened, answered questions, highlighted pitfalls for us etc. The value of his counsel is worth far more than the fee we paid. Unlike other law firms we had called, Stone Arch team took the time to have a paralegal reach out and spend a full 30-minutes on basics and what to expect from the process before we even committed to engaging their services. Don't hesitate, they are as great as we say they are. CIAO

I called the office, indicated my needs, and stated that I would like to work with Attorney Rory Morse, if possible. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by Client Services Director Meg DeFrance. Meg is charming, and she is an absolute delight to work with. She and I spent a lot of time on the phone, asking and answering questions; and she familiarized me with the way in which Stone Arch handles estate planning. Meg was extremely helpful, and I went to my initial meeting with Rory feeling very well-prepared. The Stone Arch website states: "It is Meg's mission to make sure every client has an exceptional experience!" Meg, without a doubt, does that - and then some! Upon meeting with Rory, I knew almost immediately that I had selected the right attorney! Rory is perceptive, approachable, down to earth, and knowledgeable; and he effectively combines those qualities with a strong sense of professionalism. Rory is thorough to a fault, and he is clearly an expert in his field. I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with him. A review of Stone Arch would not be complete without giving a "hats off" to Legal Assistant Kat Gehrke, who works in the front office. Kat answered the phone the second time I called, and I immediately felt like I was talking to an old friend. Kat is warm, upbeat, and accommodating, and I believe she is in a perfect position to make new or prospective clients feel very much at home as she welcomes them to the office. I can't imagine working with an estate planning firm other than Stone Arch Law Office. The office really is the complete package, and if you're thinking about creating a will or a trust, about making sure your future heirs and assets are protected, and/or about delving into any other areas of estate planning, I strongly recommend you contact Stone Arch before going any further. I am absolutely sure you'll be glad that you did!
