That attorney out right lied to me about a law to get me in there and after they received the retainer, they changed the narrative and went against what we advised them not to do. During the consult my attorney had someone filling in saying to keep costs down, and she also reaffirmed the law the defendant broke before the retainer was signed. They offer a free consultation but charged me after they gotten the retainer. We retained them for 3 weeks until I fired them, and they refuse to give back the retainer even after they misrepresented themselves.
