She was asked for advice and the manner in which she delivered it was extremely unprofessional and would warrant a coaching moment at the very least. She needs to be reported to someone. Doesn't matter one bit how good she is with taxes, she was horrible with people.

They have alot of excuses, mostly that they can't do their job. I have spent hours on the phone with corporate office, mostly on hold. I did finally get a preliminary interview with someone, who gave me a case # and a promise I would get a call in 3 days, that was 6 days ago. I have contested the charge on my credit and will probably need and tax service to fix H&R blocks inept mess straight. Don't let these people do your taxes.

called back within an hour of using the service to report a mistake on the tax filing. I was told…read morethat an amendment would be needed and it would take a few days to complete. "A few days" turned into 3 weeks and 5 follow up calls. Every time I requested a call back, they would assure me they would but never do so. Everything was waiting on a system update with no further explanation. Every call seemed like a rush to get me off the phone, giving a quick response, an insincere apology and unwillingness to hear anything I had to say on the matter. This is not a place to go to if quality customer service is expected, especially for its price
