They will help you understand your insurance needs better and make wise decisions based not only on your living/driving situation, but also on your financial situation; no pressure or up-selling. I had a major home break in a few years back and they were amazing. They took a very traumatic experience and made it (relatively) pain free to process my claim. The sympathy I received was genuine and they went above and beyond to help me 'get everything together' for my claim. They didn't just give me my claim number and make me do all the work. That alone was worth my premium. Now, I am that annoying customer that calls way too often because I am trying to buy a home. Every time I see a place I like, I immediately call for a car insurance and home owners insurance quote (can really vary, depending on the zip code, don't want to be surprised when your insurance doubles). The lovely ladies there are quick to help and usually give me a call back within a few hours, if not, always the same day. If you are looking for a new agent, this is certainly the place to go. Highly recommended.

It was helpful to call start farm every couple of days to check in where the status was and every time I called they moved my claim along. I'm so grateful for the coverage StateFarm provides me. Life can throw some interesting situations at you but to have a company that is quick to step in and help is deserving of 5 stars!

I didn't need more stress in my life. I contacted Bob Curtis and he said "I can help you and let you look at all the same plans on my website (www.curtis.mnhi.net). It will be easier and if you have any questions you can call me." It WAS easier!! I narrowed my choice down to two plans; they were very similar. I stopped into Bob's office and he was able to sit down with me and tell me positives/negatives of each plan. I didn't even need to leave his office - Bob let me use his computer to enroll. Done!
