The customer service at the Eden Prairie (by EP Mall) location is absolutely the worst! I stood in…read moreline with six other customers for over 20 minutes while the one cashier on duty assisted one customer for 10 minutes, which is not the fault of either. However, when other US Bank staff walked by and did nothing/said nothing to those waiting, this does nothing to provide a sense of confidence in the services rendered. When a comment was made to a staff member sitting in her office that additional assistance was needed up front, her only response was, "yes, we do", but she couldn't be bothered to get out of her chair to assist anyone? What's wrong with this picture?? I previously had a vehicle lease agreement between a Jeep dealership and US Bank and found out that the dealership will no longer do business with US Bank due to the lack of cooperation on the bank's part to respond to payoff inquiries. I will be giving serious consideration to moving my accounts to Wells Fargo, where they greet everyone who enters the building to make sure that the customer gets to the right place for service.

Cynthia and her team was amazing and made the mortgage process painless and easy! I'm a single person and worried about the mortgage process on my own. Anytime I had a question I could call or email and get a quick response. I have done the mortgage process a few times and by far Cynthia and her team made it so seamless! If you are buying a home I highly recommend Cynthia at US Bank. Thank you so much for making this such a worry free process for me!

I cannot recommend Greg Davis as an insurance agent, especially during times of personal loss or…read morehardship. After my husband passed away unexpectedly, Greg -- who was not only our Allstate agent but also a longtime friend of my husband -- chose to involve himself in legal proceedings that caused me and my children further distress. He aligned himself with my in-laws in a contested probate situation as a non-family member and even received personal items I believe were rightfully mine. At the time, I was still actively working through life insurance policies and other matters with Allstate, which made the lack of support and personal conflict even more difficult. As a grieving widow raising four children, I reached out to Greg for help as a customer and was dismissed. He refused to assist me with important forms, forcing me to go through Allstate Corporate multiple times just to get basic support that any policyholder should be entitled to. I've also noticed that negative reviews about this agent and agency tend to disappear -- including mine -- which raises serious concerns about transparency. I previously attempted to share this experience here, but it was removed without explanation. That kind of filtering only adds to the distrust. If you're seeking an insurance agent who will act with integrity, compassion, and professionalism during difficult times, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I never really care or understood what my car and rental insurance covered and what bad / good / great coverage meant. I called my auto-assigned agency (automatically assigned when I moved across the country and changed my address) and was pleasantly surprised at the kindness and patience while I asked if they were going to drop me because of my car type being stolen and so popular for being stolen. Greg reassured me as best as he could and recommended that we sit down to review my coverage so I'm better taken care of in the future. I sat down with Greg and learned so. much. information about deductibles, what covers what, why I need to raise or lower certain pieces and about Umbrella Coverage (never even heard about it before!) but also how I will be taken care of when I travel - which is fairly extensive - and have recommendations. It truly was a great experience - even for those of us who don't know anything about a policy or what kind of coverage you really need. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Greg, and team, for the great service! Oh! And I forgot to mention that you can TEXT your questions and be answered by a real person...hello, convenience!

I work in an industry that helps policy holders navigate complex insurance claims. Specifically, I…read moredo residential/commercial storm damage. I mention this because the BULK of my work, is Farmers. I can CONFIDENTALLY say, that there is only one (or two at max) insurance carrier I would put Infront of Farmers, and they ONLY do high-end homes for the rich and famous. Every time I submit a supplement (request for additional funds) for a damaged property, Farmers responds in the best interest of their policy holders (meaning they approve it if it's needed). Which, Let's be honest, you dont want "surprises" about your coverage after you file a claim. I now have my business insurance, home owners insurance, tools, life insurance and many other policies under Rob Whitcomb and his Farmers agency. They are transparent, honest, and just an overall AMAZING group of agents. They have proven to me that they have the upmost integrity, this was proven when I got a 450 dollar over payment check in the mail during my first billing cycle. I used to be against big insurance carriers. I used to always look for the smaller companies, but after being with farmers since 2018, ILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! And I owe all of that to Rob Whitcomb and his amazing work ethic...in case your reading this Rob, you truly have separated yourself from the competition. Thank you, Ray Bullock

Not only that, but when the Auto Insurance quote he gave me was higher than I wanted to pay, he shopped around other insurance agencies on my behalf, to find a plan that worked for me. Throughout he has a great sense of humor and is very personable. Highly recommended! The only thing is, their office can be kind of difficult to find in that office park, lol, since all the buildings look basically the same.
