The kitchen area is not open, but visible through the revolving door. For takeout, I ordered the Lunch Combo 4: Shrimp Lo Mein with Pork Fried Rice and 2 Chicken Teriyakis. The food was ready in under 10 minutes. The portion of food was a good amount. The lo mein noodles (light yellow) were soft and slightly overdone which had minimal vegetables (carrot & cabbage) and tender soft shrimp (cleaned). The lo mein dish had an unusual sweet taste. The pork fried rice (light tan) was decent, which had a mix of soft firm rice, egg, and tender roast pork cubes. The chicken teriyaki sticks were sweet tasting on the outside and the boneless chicken was chewy consisting of some yellow chicken fat, which I needed to trim off before eating. As for the Pork Fried Rice, overall it's got good flavor, can be a little dry from time to time and usually color wise it looks pretty dull but definitely a good option if you're not a fan of white rice. The Chicken Teriyaki is consistently good, it's always tender, moist and flavorful. Overall, although I'm not familiar with all of their food I'd definitely recommend going and trying it yourself!
