It is located in an office building compound in Reston. There are two treatment rooms and a waiting area + checkout counter. Bathroom is outside the door but is maintained well and clean whenever I am there. They also have some skincare products for sale. The owner Venera is always patient to answer all my questions and concerns I have. Their extractions are top notch and I always leave the clinic with clean pores and glowy skin. I religiously take care of my skin at home so this is a monthly treat. I normally ask for microdermabrasion along with hydrafacial. Price is reasonable if you buy package deal. The only thing I wish they do differently is to cleanse the face with makeup remover gel/lotion of some sort before going straight for hydrafacial device. I was mortified! But lo and behold, I found this clinic that must have been sent from the heavens, because after being tossed around from doctor to doctor, they're the only ones who have been able to clear my skin! One of the things to keep in mind is that because this clinic is mostly for cosmetic procedures, they do not accept insurance. I must admit, I was a little bit skeptical when they said they don't accept insurance, but I'm so glad I gave them a try or else I would've missed this gem. Every penny I paid had been worth it. I was assessed by Dr. Hayre (the dermatologist), and she prescribed me some topicals as well as an oral medication. She also recommended I do isolaz once a week, which I have been doing regularly. Ratana does my isolaz treatments each week, and she is fantastic! I always look forward to the appointments with her, she's so fun to talk to and is super gentle with the treatment and the extractions (which usually hurt so bad!!). I also have to thank them for being so accommodating toward me. My job is very hectic and sometimes I end up having to stay longer than expected, which makes it hard for me to make it to appointments on time sometimes. Every time this has happened the front desk has been nothing but patient and work hard to make sure that I can make it. They're amazing! Bottom line: if you want amazing skin, COME HERE!

Well, then why was i offered that appt. on Wed. morning? Total BS. Receptionist is having is conversation in back room in Spanish. Receptionist looks a lot like the on-line photo of the doc. Just say'n. Total BS. Something fishy going on. That morning started off with a deer running out in front of the car on the way to my work. Even though I wasn't hurt, I was sent in an ambulance to INOVA Loudoun to get the baby checked out. My son was moving all over the place and when the ultrasound showed he was breech I knew he flipped in the ambulance ride over. My midwife recommended I see Dr. Tchabo. They wrote his name down on a Post-It and his number. They put that at the top of a bunch of papers that showed me exercises to encourage the baby to turn around before the 40 weeks. My midwife had a huge sparkly smile when she said his name and told me to try him first before doing any of the recommended exercises. We called Dr. Tchabo's office when we left the hospital around 2pm and was able to get an appointment to see Dr. Tchabo at 2:45pm. Everyone from the receptionist to the ultrasound technician were so kind and welcoming. We did have to wait until 4pm to actually see him, but we had to do all the preliminary weigh in, ultrasound, etc. before that anyway. The wait was worth it! He evaluated me and said he could do an external cephalic version. Because I was so close to the end of my pregnancy, he sent me to the nearby hospital to have me admitted to labor and delivery just in case the baby came early with the version. After checking in at the hospital and waiting until 7:30pm, Dr. Tchabo came into the room where I was prepped for the procedure. It took him and another doctor less than 30 seconds to flip my baby around! It was amazing! My husband and I had huge relief off of our shoulders and a great love for this man after he helped our baby. People who gave low ratings seemed to be evaluating the waiting room and not the doctor. He is so good everyone wants him to take care of their baby before he/she arrives in this world. Yes, the waiting room was small, but I wouldn't give Dr. Tchabo a low rating for that. After all I went through that day I met Dr. Tchabo, I am more than eager to recommend him to any pregnant woman who needs to see a miracle doctor!
