Rip off. Sold me a box of cards for $300, took the four rare cards for $40 and offered me $10 for the rest. $250 devaluation from purchase to opening because they suck. Avoid this piece of shit waste of outdoor mall space. Known scammers and extremely inconsistent policies. Also, it smells like body odor thanks to their clientele. read more

I've been going to this shop for the last 4-5 months and enjoy the folks here. I've never had any issues and I love that the store owner is very helpful and helps his customers. He has lots of selections of different items from figurines, cards, and binders. His prices do keep up with the market but I've always enjoyed coming here after work. I forgot to add, he has a really neat point system for every purchase ($5 off, 15% off, etc.) He also does military discount! He hosts a lot of events and follow his shop on Instagram (TCGdistrict). He's a really cool guy and his shop has a ton so swing by and check it out! read more

I wanted to like this place and gave it a chance a few times, but honestly as soon as you walk in it's bad vibes. Went in once to try and sell some cards and the owner did not want to tell me what % he buys at. While the lady was looking at my binder he came over and closed it. It was so rude. I still bought a pack since I was already there and offered to donate my bulk, she said "nah you can throw them away". Scalpers pretending to be a shop. Also they're never open during business hours. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the interaction felt more confrontational than welcoming. Everyone deserves to feel respected when supporting a local business -- unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I'd encourage others to read a few reviews and decide for themselves before visiting. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Pre-ordered (5) Pokémon TCG: Destined Rivals Booster Displays. Orders were marked as shipped with tracking number but no updates. The boxes were to be released 5/30/25 and it is now 8/15/2025 and I have not received them. Will be starting a chargeback. read more

Worker is a POS, absolute worst customer service, super rude off the bat, what's worse is their prices and inability to follow market value, a box set of card originally priced near $50 being charged upwards of $80. Old sets by the way. This shop all around has low reviews and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they've proven why that's the case. One time their excuse for why they charge what they do is because the "owner" buys a little higher than market and sells higher to make profit. Please tell your owner to make better decisions or choose a different profession, They also said they go based on what TCG says it's priced at. No they do not. And aren't willing to work with you on any pricing. Worker said " you are not going to haggle me for $10" haggle YOU? You're the one pricing so high, you're the one scamming. Do not shop here, do not buy from this store , do not even drive near it, it is not worth your time. There are way better shops willing to work with you and give you fair deals or pricing. TCG district you have failed this city. read more

Did not receive my order, emailed them three times and no response. I will be getting my credit card company involved.

Pre-ordered Destined Rivals bundle (Booster Box + Elite Trainer Box) back in May, contacted numerous times to check the status of my order and no response. They posted a tracking number on July 1st and I thought it would be good news.. and it's now August still haven't received anything and the tracking number has not moved at all still stuck on "pre-shipment" and I am now fed up with waiting and asked for cancellation and still no response. I am now filing a charge back for my transaction. read more

I did a preorder back in March 2025 and didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking confirmation to this day. They ignore all emails and turned off commenting on all their social media accounts like IG, X, etc. Owner also made fun of people who leave bad reviews on google but managed to get the complaints taken down. This is my first bad review I've ever left for a company. I'm actively hoping for the downfall of this company due to their shady practices and getting "free loans" from customers. They know you're going to attempt a charge back and will send you fake tracking to try and keep your money. Please go into all your social media groups and continue to put these shady individuals on blast until they go out of business. There are testimonials from literally hundreds of people who were scammed by this "company" read more

Ordered multiple boxes for preorder (destined rivals) shipping label was created and nothing was ever shipped. Seems everyone has the same problems with this scam of a store. Do not pre order from this store as a matter of fact do not support in any way. Months later and not a single response to any email. read more

BEWARE!!! Never buy from these scammers. Will steal your money! Never deliver ship products. No customer service at all. Used to recommend them to all family and friends. Now avoid like the plague. Unless you want your money stolen and no response from business. read more

Stopped at there recent Popup event a "POPMART" one and it sucked. No organization at all, supposedly there was supposed to be a person in charge of the line and nope, nothing. The owner came out and accused my girlfriend and I about telling other customers that we were first in line and some other bullshit. He came to us hot and with a shitty unprofessional demeanor, so I ignored his words after that. Plus he added that he has the right to refuse service and doesn't have to do this event. Okay cool bro. We didn't talked to anyone about being first in line nor tried to work the "line system". Just a down right shitty experience at this event will no longer go there and telling my friends and family to do the same. #TrashASF read more

Do not order and pre-order items they will not ship at all they will hold ur money hostage because they can't fulfill orders. They will try to charge fees if u want to cancel ur preorder DO NOT BUY ONLINE read more

I've never been treated with such blatant hostility and disrespect. The owner acted like I was a problem rather than a customer. Owner went based of word of mouth and approached me with accusations that were false. He was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear that they didn't value my time or business. It wasn't just poor service, it was unprofessional and completely unacceptable behavior. I left feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed. I've spent hundreds of dollars at their business, I've referred family and friends, and they treated me and my partner like nothing. They need to take a serious look at their toxic behavior or they will continue to lose customers. read more

Went in to buy a couple of pokemon packs. Owner was there.. and was quite rude when I was looking for specific packs. I don't understand why this guy opened a shop only to be a real prick to his customers. Prices are a bit high... so there is clearly no redeeming value. read more

Ordered three products online, two showed up. Multiple attempts to contact support before receiving a response. Said they would send item when they could. Never sent item and ghosted me. Plenty of other similar stories if you research. Do not buy online and you shouldn't support their physical store either. Trash ownership. read more

These people need to be shut down . Will be contacting the better business bureau and filling a complaint. They take your money on pre orders probably hundreds of thousands and make you wait weeks on end even months to not full fill your orders. It's a scam what they're doing and how they're using people's money. Will be contacting a Lawer to get to the bottom of this read more

Pre ordered destined rivals back in March and still haven't received my order. They were marked as delivered by usps and I checked with neighbors and my ring camera and usps didn't even come by my block that day. Scammers that take money and never ship out orders or respond to emails. Won't give refunds, had to do a chargeback on my card.

DO NOT BUY, SCAMMERS. Placed preorder for DR ETB in March, they charged my card for $83 and it's now mid June and it hasn't even shipped yet. No response, no updates, straight scamming people. Awful customer service and business, just shut down at this point read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They are fraudsters taking in interest-free loans to fund their dying physical store. They do not respond to you, even after you have to chase them down constantly for a response. Good luck attempting to get a refund when no one responds to any message of yours! You will inevitably have to file a chargeback with your credit card company, as they have no intention of fulfilling their orders at all. Very shady business, they are on the verge of shutting down. Do NOT believe the false positive reviews you see for this place. read more

pre ordered a DR ETB from them two months after expected ship date the package has not shipped! SCAMMERS

Sometime in 2024 is when things got bad. I placed an order that never got passed label created. Emailed them about it and they "needed" time to investigate. Told me USPS employee must have stolen the package and they even posted on Twitter about it saying they were looking at other shipping providers due to it. Given all the fallout from them, they likely never sent it. I had been a recurring customer with no issues prior to this incident so I thought it was a one time thing, they gave me store credit after I kept pushing on a weekly basis for some resolution. A couple weeks later I make an order with the store credit but that never shipped either and after the first email I sent asking for an update they cancel and refund without even replying to me. This is when I knew they were doing something shady. You've seen the mountain of Reddit, Facebook, and Twitter posts about them not shipping so that speaking volumes of the store. Looks like they took down their online store and I would never recommend buying from their brick and mortar store. read more
