It is Sunday, my account is locked and I have absolutely no way to unlock it. I tried logging in online, and it's giving me an error that says "opps something went wrong." I tried to call to get a live person or even a computer to validate my purchases and unlock my account, I am getting a busy signal when i click on the prompt. They say they specialize in customer service, however this is customer service at it's worst. If you mind not getting a hold of a person or a computer that can actually help you on a Sunday, I definitely would not open an account with this bank. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A WEEKEND. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR EVEN PROMOTING THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The next step of the process I waited over 20 minutes before I hung up. If you want to see someone in person at the branch you will have to wait over a week. I waited and went into the bank and the banker was not helpful at all. She kept making obstacles for me to close our accounts. If we wanted to find out what happened on our accounts we have to wait 30 days just to find out. But at the same time, if we did not pay the amount stolen before 30 days they would send us to collections. No desire to help customers prevent or assist with fraud. Lots of delays and rules set up to punish the customers when they are victims of fraud. Then when you try to get your money out of the bank they have all kinds of reasons why you cannot. Horrible.

Lady who set up account didn't even have me sign the check so I had to come back for that. Said she'd call in two days, never did. Any bank too incompetent to verify a check in 24hrs in 2025 doesn't deserve your business. Oh yeah, and the deposit still isn't available. Thanks for stealing my money Gate City.
