Any problems, questions, and issues have been taken care of quickly...with professionalism and a smile. Plus, Sheila is a dog lover! Amazingly, I've actually been with Allstate since 1984! That's a whopping 34 years!!! I originally had State Farm for my vehicles (because that's what my parent's had). But the agent gave me crap about a Volkswagen dune buggy. Then he gave me crap about a Honda motorcycle. Then I bought a Harley Davidson and he told me they couldn't insure it because of the high theft rate. It's been 34 years and I still vividly remember how badly I was treated by the State Farm agent (more than once). I told State Farm to get lost and I switched to Allstate. More recently, I got a house that was covered by American Family. They've already done a surprise ("random") visit ("audit"), they cancelled the policy because they heard our dog through the closed door (when we weren't home), and they actually did another surprise visit to give me crap about some other stuff. This time, I wouldn't let the dude look around and he actually took photos over my back fence. What a loser! American Family sucks even more than State Farm! When I finished college Connie (Curt's right had lady) was there for me to answer any question I might have in a way that I would understand. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and funny. I can't recommend Connie and this office enough. You always know who is going to answer the phone and you really are able to build a relationship with them. If you are looking for a good deal and an agent/assistant who can answer ANY question (even when it happens during their lunch break) Connie and Curt are for you.
