I do…read morehowever, use the drive up ATM & I don't know what it is about this location, but I'd say it's out of order 1 out of 3 times that I try to use it. Today, it had the preemptive "unable to dispense cash" screen, & while inconvenient, I was mostly there to deposit a check, so "other transactions" was what I was really aiming for. No dice, that function won't work either & all the more maddening is that this ATM is physically attached to the side of the actual bank. The suggested next closest location is about 2 miles away, which is also incorrect. The actual "next closest" is the vestibule inside the bank entrance & will possibly work. Since there was a line of people waiting outside to use it, I decided it wasn't worth waiting in the hot July sun just to deposit a check. It's aggravating as all hell that this location's ATM is perpetually out of order. I don't know if it's purely out of laziness that Wells Fargo can't get this working consistently or if because it's in an economically disadvantaged area & it's "good enough for poor people", but whatever the reason, it's just another misstep with how Wells Fargo treats their customers.

Had an appointment at this branch to try to get that information (What bank/routing number took my money?) "Banker", in his thrift store suit, could see nothing more than I could with my online account. He try to explain that there are SO MANY FRAUD CHARGES against them, that it will take two weeks before they even begin work on my claim. --UPDATE-- A week later my money was refunded with a message that WF determined this was not my charge. Duh. When do you want me to appear for that wire fraud trial? I won't hold my breath. Like they'd spend money on us peons. That SAME week a coworker on my team had $1900 taken from his WF checking account from a mortgage company in Britain. Don't walk, RUN from Wells Fargo.

I still can't get into my account to see whats going on.Today is Friday.I've called Gus 3 times since yesterday and e mailed him.No reply.There is no way he can be that busy.This is important and he keeps blowing me off.I called the branch too.I couldn't talk to a real person This NOT how you treat customers.!!!Time for a new bank. At the bank itself, I waited over an hour to get my 1-minute issue addressed. That's ok, times are challenging. The staff I associated with were all friendly and appeared to be hard working. I can handle slow service (waiting); but I think no service (ignoring your phones altogether) is unacceptable. That said, I won't be in a rush to change banks over this, but it will weigh on my mind when the time comes to reconsider my banking options. This situation is in reference to "Old National Bank"in Brooklyn Center, MN. off of Brooklyn…read moreBoulevard. No bad experience at a different location. Just Brooklyn Center, MN. My Bremer bank switched to Old national Bank and it has been nothing but a nightmare. In 35 years of doing banking, I've never experienced what Old National Bank has given me a taste of.... 1.Putting holds on my hard earned money for no apparent reason or permission. 2. Controlling/Allowing only "certain"merchant transactions and declining other transactions without my permission, knowledge or consent! 3. Demanding I come to location for identification verification. This is after I answered every question regarding identity on phone Correctly. I Understand there's a lot of fraud going out there but I if I verify everything you ask and any other questions you have, there should be no reason I should have to come to the location to verify who I am. Also, I wasn't even in Minnesota at the time. 4. I called to request release hold on my money and I was told that it could take up to 24 hours to release it. I then called a different location to verify 24 hour that was false and that they can release it right away as long as there's no reason to hold it Per staff at different location. So I called back Brooklyn Center, Minnesota location and they didn't answer the phone after calling 3 times. 5. Drive thru has to be the slowest on the planet. No other cars in drive-thru , one car in the parking lot of bank, 5 different staff standing around ,within eye sight of drive-thru window ,and yet it takes 17 minutes to get $100 cash out of my account? I mean, where did they have to go to get the money that would take 17 minutes? Did they have to borrow from the fast food restaurant next door ? 17 minutes and I'm on my way to work, running late ,because the staff is standing around and gossiping And controlling/micromanaging people's bank accounts? Awful waste of wages! Yes, I checked all setting on app/ihone and on website to make sure issue wasn't on my end and it wasn't. No overdrafts/negative balance. Old National Bank staff have given me the impression that they can control/micromanage my hard earned money but they are wrong! I worked way too hard for my money(Nurse) and unless I asked for somebody else to control it, they're not gonna touch it. I will be closing my account and taking my money and putting it back with my other account elsewhere , so that Old national Staff cannot micromanage/control/ disrespect me Or my money.
