I have seen a few other places, but no other service gives the type of care that Heal and Hope does. I see many individuals leave with their lives transformed, continuously commenting on the work our counselors perform. These counselors work diligently, day and night, to understand the best possible care for their clients. Psychology is a hard field; there are very few tests to give you an exact problem with an exact solution. Counseling takes time and effort from both parties, and I see these counselors putting in an immense amount of effort. They love what they do and are proud to be in this field! Highly recommend!

Please don't put yourself in situations like this if you truly wanna help someone... Would not recommend this office at all. I had an 11 o'clock appointment that when I arrived at 11 am the lady could not find my appointment. I took a half day of work to show up to not even be in the system? They asked me to come back at 4pm. Ok so now you want me to take a full day off from work. I asked the lady if she was gonna pay me for me missing work or do I get the appointment for free. She's said I'm sorry sir that's not the way it works... oh so you mean you get to not only screw up my half day but now my full day of work. Lol The staff was also so horrible and rude one girl slammed the phone so hard while hanging up on me I'm pretty sure the phone broke. Not to mention the assumptions and pre judgement they have in their hearts they asked my wife if she was ok like I was beating her. News flash little people I'm super tall and super big. I have zero to prove to anyone in fact I'm probably the most trust worthy person you will ever meet. You work for a counseling firm yet let fear control you. Lol and you think yall can help me lmfao you can't even be comfortable in the same room with me. Also was double charged for one marriage counseling session... Enter at your own risk. Update... called back in to speak with the owner. Horrible decision on my part. I shared the entire story including asking Cierra if she had walked through any personal trauma or dramatic event or ptsd or anything like that and then the owner assumed I had ptsd and committed to destroy me verbally with what she deemed as my issues which could not be further from actual I was merely trying to understand if Cierra was capable and the owner used that portion of the story to not only point out every single flaw in myself but also became verbally abusive with stabs at my person and over talking me consistently when I would respond. Well I can honestly say I now understand why the office staff can act the way they do cause the owner even hung up on me the second I pointed out what she was doing in the conversation. My single star and enter at your own risk stands. And now all of a sudden they wont refund our double charge... How convenient... Enter at your Own Risk you have been Warned!!!!

The space is absolutely BEAUTIFUL -- very clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. We had services done by McKenzie and Krista, and they were both amazing. My brother got the salt facial, my mom did the Sage Signature, my husband got microneedling with PRP, and I tried the Sciton Moxi for the first time! We were all new to these treatments, so this was truly a TREAT. McKenzie and Krista answered every question and explained what to expect, especially for the microneedling and PRP (still can't believe my husband was open to it!). While waiting for our numbing cream to kick in, my husband and I tried the pulsed electromagnetic field therapy and red light therapy -- it was so rejuvenating! We felt grounded, refreshed, and even noticed a little immune boost afterward. We're all glowing and can't stop talking about how AMAZING we feel. We can't wait to come back -- honestly, it feels like something we NEED to make a regular thing for our self-care and wellness. Highly, highly recommend!!! I have experienced the most difficult time in my life to date in the last two years and I can finally say that it has passed. Aline's steadfast support and guidance through every hurdle has given me back my confidence, helped me find my center and allowed me to reach success, balance and happiness not only in my life, but in my business, winning a Rookie Of The Year award against all odds. Aline has an air of calm and serenity that surrounds her all the time which makes it easy for me to discuss topics with her which are otherwise difficult to talk about. Her approach to life and to healing is multifaceted which leads me to believe that anyone could benefit from some or all of her methods. Aline truly has your best version of yourself at heart through every step of your journey with her.

The work I wanted to do involved delving into some very unknown territory for me personally. I wasn't sure anyone would understand. What I found in working with Aline was that and much more. Not only was Aline a grounded and centered compassionate witness as I moved through that journey, she also knew how and when to challenge me so that I didn't get lost or stuck along the way. I should mention that the work included a hypnotherapy session at one juncture. That session not only produced immediate benefits (feeling so much lighter and more relaxed), it also left a huge impression on me for a long time afterwards. It makes so much sense to be careful when selecting someone to work with on important life issues and challenges. That's why it was such a joy to find someone in this line of work who walks the walk, demonstrates genuine caring for others, and maintains an upbeat and positive outlook.

I arrived a bit early per Lana's request so she could go over orientation with me. Lana explained everything to me in detail so I would know what to expect. I followed her instructions, and got in the tank. I have a great internal clock, and about 20 minutes into the float, I heard music playing. Lana had told me that hearing music would mean that my float was over, so I was very confused, and the experience of the float was broken. After a few minutes, the music stopped. I don't know what happened; I assume it was just a mistake. Due to the interruption, I wasn't able to get my groove back, and ended up exiting the tank about 15 minutes early. The facility itself was very nice, as was Lana. Due to the technical difficulty, however, I don't think I'll be back.
