Drive thru custard and handcrafted sundaes, parfaits, milkshakes, and every other creation in existence!! Yes, the flavors may seem limited on the daily... but that's part of the fun of this business. They post the two flavors of the day on a monthly calendar so you can circle your favorites and plan ahead!! They always have vanilla and chocolate, but they hand create each flavor as you order. Want the Oreo Mint... they scoop some Oreos into the mint tub and create your flavor!! The service is always great and they always hire a lot of local youth!! Smiles. Happiness.. and ice cream!! If you ever feel inclined, the inside is amazing too. Plenty of seats and very cool decor inside and out.

I sampled their strawberry and black raspberry hard ice cream, and they tasted somewhat artificial. It was tasty, but it was more of a starburst flavor than natural fruit flavors. I opted for the more safe chocolate soft serve. It tasted more like what I expected. Service was friendly and prompt. It was a little disappointing I couldn't get something less basic. Their sundaes and other speciality icecream also didn't look very good. The staff mentioned their blizzards are popular. With so many good icecream places in the area, they're really not as impressive.

I came in prepared to purchase several pints of ice cream for my husband, my boys, and myself. However, I was unable to open the freezer door where the coffee and root beer flavors were located. Three employees were standing nearby, and when I struggled with the door, one simply said, "Yeah, it does that for a few seconds." I waited, tried again, and still couldn't get it open. Despite clearly having difficulty, none of the staff offered to help. Frustrated, I went to the checkout with fewer items than I had intended to purchase. When the cashier asked if that was all, I explained that I couldn't get the other door open. Her response was simply, "Okay, your total is..." without any attempt to assist or address the situation. The ice cream is great, but customer service matters too. A simple offer to help could have turned this into a positive experience. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, I don't think I'll be returning to the Murrysville location.

They also serve ice cream out of another window and they have a walk-up for that! Looks well kept. I got a honey bee latte with almond milk the other day, sans the toppings (whipped cream and graham cracker) since Im doing no wheat or dairy at the moment. I'm glad I asked what came on top because I'm not confident they would have left that stuff off, so just be warned if you have food allergies to ask the questions! When someone wants a nut milk, they should double check it's not a food allergy. The coffee was very good! I'm always worried it's going to be too sweet but they used the right amount of flavorings and it was really nice. I'd definitely order that again and if I'm in the area, I'd stop by! They're a little hidden gem about 10 min off route 22, and there's not a lot of coffee options in that area so I'm happy to have this here! I think it's smart for them to do ice cream and coffee.

This time we dined in instead of waiting in the drive-thru, which was a smart move since the price of gas is about a kazillion dollars a gallon, and there was a line of cars in the drive-thru. The fries were really hot. I can't remember when I've had really hot fries. That was great! Kiddo got the DQ Bacon Two Cheese Deluxe Double Stackburger, plain. I had the Two Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger. The reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because while the food was good, the service left something to be desired. I'm guessing they were short-staffed, but I can't for sure. All I know is that I was constantly listening to complaining and arguing. One time the arguing got really loud; that was upsetting while we were trying to enjoy our food.
