The other spots we've tried in the Treasure Valley can't beat it. The ingredients are always stocked, fresh, and there's always a great variety of toppings. Cold days, hot days, it doesn't matter. There have been just one or two times that the staff probably didn't seem like they wanted to be there but for the most part, they do a good job. I walked up to the young man at the cashier and asked where were all the croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. He tells me, matter of factly, that what they have is out on display. To be clear, what was out on display was two or three offerings of bakery goods that didn't look fresh or even appetizing. If you're going to be a French bakery and have trays with the words of Croissants, Palmiers, and others then stock it OR Remove them as it is false advertising.
