They have fixed our Air Conditioner within the same day/ visit-- now - 3 occasions- including TODAY! (We know this is rare- b/c parts so often need to be ordered, etc!) In fact, less than a week ago- they helped my mom out- (who needed a part ordered for her AC- but they did everything they could to get her by comfortably until the part comes! ) Aside from us, my mom, and several of our co-workers have become huge fans- (and customers) just after meeting with Lockhart once!! Brian, Matt, and the rest of your team--all we can say is keep up the AMAZING work-- you are TOP-NOTCH and such a blessing to ourselves and so many others!! Respectfully, Erin (and family ;)
