I contacted this company and sent pictures to them with my complaints. I was told they would take care of it within the next week. I was contacted by the original salesman a couple weeks later asking if the repairs had been made. I told him I had not seen anyone at my house. I try to use local businesses because that is what we are asked to do. I live in Crown Colony and I will try to leave pictures of how Durdin Roofing left my roof they replaced. Places open enough for rodents to get inside my attic. I gave up on them and repaired the places myself. I tried posting pictures but I couldn't get them to past. We all know the issues that Harvey caused all over Houston, so roofers are in high demand. I…read morereceived several INSANE quotes, including one to replace my entire roof. I called ASAP; they initially advised that they were behind on schedule (makes sense due to the hurricane) so it would be a few days before they could get to me. Fortunately, once I gave my address they realized someone was in the neighborhood and they came and gave me a quote that same day. Wow! The quote was a fraction, I mean like an insane fraction, of what was being quoted to me by multiple parties. They also advised my roof had several more years left on it before I needed to consider replacement. The roofer was here within the time frame he advised, did one more final inspection to ensure he was fixing all the necessary areas and discussed them with us, finished and explained what he had done. I was so happy to have found them! I do recommend their services for anyone in need!!! Fair rates and great service!! I will say - hold on to the expectation of perky service, the gentleman I dealt with was very direct and to the point. By no means rude at all, quite the opposite, in fact. But also not the preppy secretary from the Houstonian. I will be using them in a few years when it's time to replace my roof.

TAC Construction and Roofing absolutely exceeded our expectations from start to finish…read more We hired them for two big projects: a full renovation of our garage into a state-of-the-art Trackman golf simulator space, and a complete roof replacement. In both cases, the quality of their work, communication, and professionalism were outstanding. For the garage, they completely transformed a basic space into something incredible. They added a new wall to create the simulator area, ran all of the necessary electrical with clean, thoughtful placement, and installed a sound system that makes the entire experience feel premium. The painting was meticulous, and the custom flooring they installed for the gym portion of the garage pulled everything together. The end result looks like something out of a high-end training facility, not a converted garage. You can tell they took pride in the details. On top of that, TAC handled our roof replacement and did an amazing job there as well. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and left everything clean when they were done. The new roof looks fantastic and gives us real peace of mind knowing it was done correctly. Throughout both projects, communication was clear and consistent. They showed up when they said they would, kept us informed at every step, and were patient in answering questions and explaining options. It's rare to find a contractor that combines this level of craftsmanship with such reliability. If you're looking for a company you can trust for both construction and roofing, I highly recommend TAC Construction and Roofing. We're thrilled with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I reached out for a quote for roof and wall repairs on Thursday night. Jose came by Friday…read moreafternoon and provided a quote same day. He said he can start the roof repairs that day and come back for the indoor wall repairs on Monday. This was perfect since it was supposed to rain later that night and the next day. He was able to get workers there quickly, and they replaced faulty/missing external vents that allowed water to drain in my house leading to wall damage. He provided before and after pictures as well as a birds-eye view pictures of the roof which was nice to have. The repairs came with 2 year warranties. On Monday, he had a worker come by and begin repairing the drywall. They repaired the damaged wall, bought paint to match the wall, texturized it, sanded, and added two coats of paint, and dried everything all in the same day. As a plus, they let me keep the remaining paint. Some nice touches that were appreciative, they always wore shoe covers and never wore shoes inside. They were cognizant of cleaning up any mess that was created from the work being performed. Even going as far as cleaning the attic to clean up anything that dropped during the roof repairs. They also vacuumed through the entire path that they walked as they left. One final thing that was surprising, as Jose left, he noticed our gate didn't completely close. He let me know he could fix it, 5 minutes later, it works again. The attention to detail from Jose and his team were great.
