TAC Construction and Roofing absolutely exceeded our expectations from start to finish…read more We hired them for two big projects: a full renovation of our garage into a state-of-the-art Trackman golf simulator space, and a complete roof replacement. In both cases, the quality of their work, communication, and professionalism were outstanding. For the garage, they completely transformed a basic space into something incredible. They added a new wall to create the simulator area, ran all of the necessary electrical with clean, thoughtful placement, and installed a sound system that makes the entire experience feel premium. The painting was meticulous, and the custom flooring they installed for the gym portion of the garage pulled everything together. The end result looks like something out of a high-end training facility, not a converted garage. You can tell they took pride in the details. On top of that, TAC handled our roof replacement and did an amazing job there as well. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and left everything clean when they were done. The new roof looks fantastic and gives us real peace of mind knowing it was done correctly. Throughout both projects, communication was clear and consistent. They showed up when they said they would, kept us informed at every step, and were patient in answering questions and explaining options. It's rare to find a contractor that combines this level of craftsmanship with such reliability. If you're looking for a company you can trust for both construction and roofing, I highly recommend TAC Construction and Roofing. We're thrilled with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I don't usually post reviews like this, but after everything that's happened with CG Roofing…read moreSolutions, I feel it's important to share my full experience. On September 12, 2025, I hired CG Roofing Solutions to replace my roof. During the job, one of their workers drove a truck and dump trailer over my conventional septic system, completely destroying it. Because of current regulations, I had to replace it with an aerobic system, costing roughly $17,000. Our home was under contract and we were scheduled to close, so I had to move forward and replace the system to keep the sale from falling through. When my attorney contacted the company, the owners -- Jamie Cruse, Eric Gerza, and Derek Shaw -- responded: "CG Roofing LLC does not bear legal responsibility...you are free to address this issue with the driver and his auto insurer." In other words, they refused to accept responsibility for damage caused by their team and instead directed me to the subcontractor's insurance. Their worker's auto insurance only offered $12,500, leaving my family high and dry on the remaining balance of $4,350, completely unacceptable. I want homeowners to know exactly how CG Roofing Solutions handles things when something goes wrong. Think carefully before trusting this company with your home.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work I received from Eric and his crews at CG roofing…read more From first contact to final inspection, every step of the process was done professionally. They even helped me understand my insurance claim, and Eric made sure he was at the house when the adjuster came out to do his inspection. He also managed the subcontracts for some inside painting/sheetrock repairs. I will certainly use them again in 30 years when my roof wears out... or the next hurricane. They also made sure to completely clean the surrounding property after they completed the install so that my kids and dog wouldn't have to worry about where they stepped in the yard.

This is a review of a recent re-roofing of my house by TCB Elite Fleet in the Mont Belvieu Texas…read morearea: If I was away from my house, such as at work while the roof shingles were being replaced and returned to see the completed job I would give this company a ten star review from my observations. However, because I am retired I was here. In a way that was a good thing but stressful. First the good: Cory, the Sales Associate met with the insurance person that inspected our roof for damage. Our insurance company agreed to full roof replacement minus depreciation. I feel without his presence that might have been unlikely. He was also a valued go-between with patience and tact. The pick up clean up was good. Now for what turned a ten star review to four (at best): (1) We had a clear understanding that because of major road construction here there was to be no parking on our two lane road (with no shoulder). They parked five cars and trucks on the road. I could not get cooperation and there were other parking alternatives. (2) I noticed looking out my kitchen window some of the crew was using the tin roof of a 20x20 carport recently built (at a somewhat high cost due to our 140 MPH wind zone building code) as a workstation with three stacks of shingles on it and several other roofing equipment. Crew moving on and off the c/p constantly. When I confronted one of the men on my c/p roof all he wanted to do was argue. To end the argument I told him the roofing company will pay for any damage to the carport... they quit using the c/p roof and removed the equipment. Unfortunately I failed to record this so it has little worth. (3) This is a big one: The roofing crew supervisor ( name intentionally withheld) returned and seemed very irritated that I confronted a worker. In other words I did what he should have done. Our conversation got aggressive and loud. Fortunately I have video & audio of this. Also he went on with blatant lies about me authorizing parking in my backyard (you would have to travel a private road to get to my backyard, I could not and did not authorize that. Also how some folks stopped to compliment him on the vehicles parked on the road, yes, that's recorded, he said that, and there are others. (4) I was told there was an area of roof decking that was bad and do I want it replaced? Knowing insurance included this I said yes. I was sent photos after roof completion and saw there were two other areas that required the same and I can only hope they were repaired. I was never told about those. No, that's not a big one but is it that difficult to communicate? This seems to be a good roofing company. However they do need to impress upon the employees the correct things to do and of course, the logical things not to do. I have reason to believe there are other professional roofing companies that would do an admirable job with more respect for the homeowner and likely at a lower cost. (my house and garage are normal size, reroofing was $28000)

Overnight, they secured everything, just in case of an unexpected shower with the unfinished new roof. I had a couple of problems with the Ridge Vents, but they came back and took care of the problem and made it right. All is good now. They helped me work with my insurance company and actually worked directly with Insurance on a couple of things. All in all, Mark, Meghan and the rest of the bunch at TCB took care of everything and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a couple more people that are in the market for a new roof.
