We ended up not getting the water heater from him, but we did get the mini split, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and they work very well. Not quite as good maybe, as a forced air system, but certainly better and more quietly that large window air conditioners, which I previously had. What a relief!! I didn't know these mini splits even existed. Thanks for the heads up James, and thanks for helping us!
