We were in Ybor for a few hours before a concert and stopped at the outdoor bar to enjoy the sunshine and a few beers. We chose "reef beer" on tap and absolutely loved it. We visited TBB second time. Their food has so much flavor going on and it's extremely good. This place is always packed. We tried their tuna sandwich, Georgia mixed mushroom toast and cream creamy tomato soup. We also tried their freshly squeezed, orange juice, their drip coffee, and their seasonal maple cappuccino. We loved everything and the flavors are top-notch. You can tell that everything is so fresh even their hot sauce is made in house. I would recommend this place to everyone if you love good flavors and good ambience then you should definitely try this place. I went for brunch on a Sunday and the wait was about 15min for 4 people. The staff was really nice and attentive. I fit the steak and eggs and the steak was so small. The menu didn't specify an ounce. I also asked for medium well but it was definitely well done but I didn't complain since I was already hungry. I wish the potatoes were softer. The pressed pork sandwich was a good portion and worth the price. Very savory. If I come bank I'd come for their bakery. The cupcake was dark chocolate, moist, and rich. We love tbb 122! We've gone for Easter brunch, Mother's Day brunch, dinner multiple times, we've grabbed coffee and pastries from the bar and just had brunch again today. Every time the food is phenomenal- it's fresh, well sourced, paired perfectly and always looks and tastes amazing. The service is good as well- it feels genuine and thoughtful, and something that's been improved upon as we've continually eaten here. The decor and staging is beautiful inside and it's a treat for the eyes every time. We do wish the water was filtered- that would make everything perfect! It was a bit slow here and there, and kind of all over the place. I ordered the TBB Breakfast, which was delicious -- loved the potatoes. The pastries my friends got looked amazing, and tasted wonderful as well! However, be aware that if you order an iced coffee, it is an iced AMERICANO. We were not aware of this until it came out and the waitress told us, so keep that in mind if you expected a drip coffee or something of the like. Overall, a decent experience. Visited TBB 122 back in December. I was in the mood for coffee and sweet treats and TBB 122 popped up on Yelp. Like most Yelpers have said, the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing; both the exterior and interior. The space is warm and inviting. I'm not a fan of the layout. Not super familiar with the area, we entered through the main entrance, which is the entrance for the restaurant. You have to walk through the dining room in order to get to the coffee and pastry counter for to-go orders. Once we got to the counter, I then saw the separate entrance for the to-go counter. The restaurant was packed at the time of our visit so having to walk through a very busy dining room was not ideal. Once we got to the counter, everything was fine. We were greeted right away and the barista behind the counter was pleasant and happily answered all of my questions. I ordered my go-to, an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder, one of their giant meringues (caramel, I believe), and a matcha pastry. The latte was solid and the pastries were delicious. I am a sucker for meringues so I was super excited to see giant ones on display. I would love to dine in next time I'm in town! read more

Prices definitely on the higher side and the adds on some of them are ridiculous high. But you'll never be disappointed in their pastry selection and taste. Always solid choice. Drinks are on and off on taste. Service though usually friendly BUT always slow, always! Food takes a while to arrive so come here when you're not in rush. I don't usually leave review but I went here recently and the staff was unwelcoming - not just one but most of them. We walked in and not a single person greeted us until we walked around for a few time that a guy, who sit by the door greet us - so he definitely saw us as soon as we got in . Even when the atmosphere is nice, a bad service will make you regret spending your money here. As soon as we sit down after getting our drink, a lady side-eyed us like we did something wrong. Turned out, we sat in the dining area which is cleaned up for closing. She walked up to us and ask us to relocated and we did. The thing is that we're just fine with it but they act like we deliberately do something wrong to them from their past lives. I was going with my family so I didn't say anything but I would to go alone, I would walk out without ordering anything. I don't know if there are different staff for different shift but this group of staff is not good at all. Came in at 8:03 AM on Easter Sunday and the place was completely empty. The first thing we were asked was, "Do you have a reservation?" We said no (we honestly didn't realize one was needed that early, especially with no one there yet), and the host immediately responded, "Nope, not today, we're booked. Bye." We completely understand if reservations are required--that's not the issue. It was the delivery and overall interaction that felt dismissive and unwelcoming. There was no attempt to explain, no alternative offered, just a quick shutdown. We politely said "okay, thank you" and left, but the experience alone was enough to make me not want to come back and actually try the food. We ended up going down to Southern Porch, and they were amazing. They worked us in since it was so early and their reservations didn't even start until 9. Completely different experience--welcoming, accommodating, and kind. Not sure if it had anything to do with it being Easter Sunday or the fact that we were in gym attire after leaving a Pilates class, but the interaction didn't sit right. Had a great experience last week for brunch and a coworking sesh. This restaurant is sooo aesthetically beautiful, and the smell of the fresh baked pastries hits you as soon as you walk in. Their menu has a nice variety of breakfast and lunch items, and I believe they may have a separate dinner menu as well but I have yet to come in that late. I love their fresh juices and the carrot ginger is probably my favorite, but this time I opted for a smoothie and went with the Cacao Reishi and it was absolutely delicious!! A tad bit sweet, but I knew what I was getting into with the banana, dates, and cacao. For my main, I ordered the TBB Breakfast and it came with everything I was craving and portioned out to perfection. After having a terrible experience and service here, I can attest to the other negative reviews especially regarding the service and attitude of the staff. We were barely acknowledged upon entering the restaurant and walked around for a bit before it seemed like they wanted our business. Our waiter appeared for a second to greet us and then we waited for a while until other servers finally came to get our drink and food orders. It was another long wait to get our food which was delivered by another server. Our waiter never even checked in on us until we were done. In the end, we had to flag another server down just to get the check. read more

My official favorite place in Alpharetta. I absolutely loved every single dish we ordered. Their salad is the best salad I have ever had in my whole life. I'm not exaggerating it. I will definitely come back next year, when I come and visit my family. The smoothie was so unique, not too sweet yet with a sense of green. The matcha is also delicious. The sourdough bread was so good, and that makes the sandwich even more fabulous. The place is so pretty too. It reminds me of a place in San Diego. It takes you out of the cold weather. I have never heard of something like this in my life. Not only that, they didn't inform us it was 4$ for a small serving of syrup. In the future I'd come back and get pastries and coffee only. This restaurant is a former farmhouse converted into an upscale "farmhouse decor" dining option close to downtown Alpharetta. Upon arrival, we got checked in for our reservation but still had to wait around 15 mins to get seated. We started out with ordering a few lattes, and that was another 20 min wait. My party of 4 decided to go family style, and we chose the TBB assorted pastry board, mezze, sweet potato rosti, and steak + egg. The pastry board consisted of a regular croissant, chocolate croissant, apple pastry, and pumpkin muffin. The regular croissant was underbaked on the inside. The mezze was deliciousness on top of deliciousness. I definitely recommend you get this. The sweet potato rosti was also very good, but I just wish more was given. On a cold, lazy Sunday, our family decided on a Sunday brunch at Tbb122. Here is a summary of our experience. - Ambiance 5/5: Loved the cozy vibe with couches and tables. The food was served to us fast and prompt in a way that we never had to wait for it. We were regularly served what we ordered the servers were very polite and considerate. - Food 3.5/5: While some were a surprise for me, some staples were a little below expectation. a) For starters we ordered cinnamon rolls and let me tell you they were great. I am not a fan of cinnamon and even I loved it. The sweetness and crispiness were just right. So much that I could easily eat it. It was huge though :) b) TBB Assorted pastry board: We all loved the Apple walnut one. The pumpkin one was too sweet and I don't remember the other ones c) Roasted chicken sandwich: The sandwich was okay but the toast was overdone and difficult to chew d) Farm egg omelette: I liked these since they were not mushy and right the way I like it e) Shakshuka: The shakshuka was good but a little too sour for my taste but will wanna try it again. f) Tuna Conserva Sandwich: We expected a sandwich with cut tuna pieces but beware this comes with one large Tuna patty. Not the best but was okay g) Soft scramble bowl: The bowl was good and looked like a complete meal with greens. I am not a fan of mushy scrambled eggs though but my partner liked it. - Value for Money 4/5: I think the place is not cheap and the food is on the costlier side. Ventured out of Atlanta to spend some time coworking with the amazing Yelp CM of Atlanta OTP, Alexa, and we ended up here! We initially planned to meet at another cafe but after struggling to find parking anywhere close by, we decided on this place and I'm so glad that we did. TBB 122 is a gorgeous cafe that includes indoor seating as well as a lovely deck outdoors with a number of tables for those looking to enjoy the beautiful Alpharetta weather. I was so relieved that there were so many gravel parking spots nearby, parking was a breeze. As soon as I walked in I was hit with the most delicious smells of fresh baked bread and pastries, I wish I could bottle that scent. Pastries and sweets of all sorts were on display as soon as I walked in, although I don't have a major sweet tooth, I appreciate a good pastry and I'm so surprised that I held back and didn't grab them all for myself. The interior of the restaurant itself is so lovely in a modern farmhouse kind of vibe with crisp, neutral accents all over. There were a few glass panels in the wooden ceiling that allowed natural light in and it was the perfect mood booster on a sleepy weekend afternoon. Alexa grabbed a table for us in the back near the bathrooms and with all of the pillows surrounding our booth-ish table, we were definitely comfortable. There were a few other guests inside and more came as we worked throughout the morning, but it never got too loud or busy, truly a lovely workspace. (But not many visible outlets! Wifi was on point.) Our server was Della and she was incredibly patient as we chatted and worked throughout our visit - s/o to her! The menu was extensive, but not overwhelming beyond the delicious variety in drinks. The juices sounded so awesome, I regret not ordering one. We both ended up ordering essentially the same thing - a smoothie and the TBB breakfast which includes 2 eggs, avocado, bacon and potatoes, but I subbed my potatoes for grits. Within about 15 minutes, our food was ready and we had already received our smoothies. My smoothie was okay, not the best I've ever had, but I'm sure it was because I'm used to unnecessary sugar (via juice) in mine, lol. I'd order it again! My breakfast was simple, but delicious. Grits can be a tricky thing, but they got it right. I did ask Della for extra butter and was given the cutest extra cuts of butter topped with a bit of sea salt, definitely not from a grocery store stick of butter. Mixing my scrambled eggs with the grits was just the perfect combo to keep me nourished. I really appreciated the attentiveness from Della and another lovely woman (her vibes made me feel like she was the manager) who checked on us and made sure we were having a great experience. Started w the Mezze - vegetables, grilled sourdough and four spreads - baba ganoush,, avocado hummus, feta and goat cheese. Vegetables were raw, sourdough decent and baba ganoush was the best of the four. Entrees were the pan-seared wahoo over risotto that was sold as creamy. Risotto was undercooked and not creamy at all. Didn't eat, and didn't bother to tell server. Fish was prepared very well, which I enjoyed. Other entree was the ribeye with broccolini, which was also cooked perfectly. No desserts or drinks. TBB is a little underwhelming. This could've been due to the fact that several items were moving off of the summer menu for the new fall offerings. To walk away only thinking the fish and steak were good, but everything else was 'eh,' won't make us go out of our way to revisit. At first glance upon entering the backdoor by the parking lot was the feeling of walking into a costal restaurant. It's very inviting. Once inside the fresh baked goodies are beautifully displayed inviting you in to fully appreciate the warmth of the dining room giving you the option of a quick To Go selection or sit down at a table for 2, table for 4 or a few spots for a party of 6-8. The table is dressed with an oatmeal colored linen napkin and the water is served from a chilled glass bottle that stays at the table. The staff and employees are friendly and welcoming.
