Good place to go if you are landscaping but not the place to go for houseplants, which is the reason I went here. Lots of selection!

I was buying a plastic pot and asked if she would do the same for a 4" jade plant I had in the car. When I went to pay, I was shocked that the bill came to $25. The repottings were $8 each! I've never heard of a plant store that wouldn't be willing to add a tablespoon of soil to their own plant, and usually if you're buying a pot, most places will put a plant in it for you. At a minimum, they should let you know the fees upfront instead of a breezy, misleading "I'm happy to switch out the soil if you'd like." I offered to buy a $17 bag of potting soil if they would comp the repotting fees, but they were adamant about the $16 needed to cover "materials and labor". In the end, the manager comped the tablespoon of soil added to the 2" plant (again: this plant was from their own shop). The shop assistant then removed the new soil from the jade plant, leaving the stems loosely dumped in the pot I bought from them. As a plant lover, I can't imagine doing this to a plant just to reclaim a cup of potting soil! Such a weird and unpleasant experience. [Hearing this story, nearby Copperline Plant Company repotted the jade for free, without my asking and even before I had purchased anything from them. Their policy is that anything that takes under five minutes to repot is free. Logan's Garden Shop said they'd be happy to repot a plant into a pot I'd bought from them. This has always been my experience, and I'm happy to see that it's still the norm at most places.] I did get a cute snake plant here on an earlier visit. The shop is laid out nicely for a fun browsing experience, and plants are healthy. Just know their repotting fees are steep!

Before the movers even got to the first floor I contacted the manager Katie and was told that I shouldn't of signed for it, it was mine now, and she was not sure of the return policy. I requested to speak with corporate and spoke to the manager Carol Faircloth who was extremely rude and disrespectful and told me that N.C does not require them to offer a refund policy and that I was stuck with the furniture because I could have bed bugs and that the furniture is now considered used (even though I notified the movers and the company within minutes of delivery). I told Carol that I would be filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency and the BBB and she stated "that's fine just make sure you tell the truth, that you got a discount on the furniture." (I purchased the furniture at 25% during there annual sale and every customer received this discount this day). I've reached out to the VP of the company and hopefully I can get my money back and they can collect this horrible quality furniture, please save your money. I've learned a valuable lesson, not everyone believes in a satisfied customer nor values your business.

She rudly responded all financing requires a down payment. Well why the heck do it say 0 down payment then? She says that is if you purchase $2000 worth. Well if she would have explained options I would have not filled out application. She never apologized for running my credit without my permission. She need better customer service training.
