My husband had some additional questions and send an email. He got a reply from Allison, he replied to her email asking another question. This time he didn't get a reply so he left her two voice messages but never heard back. We were ready to move forward with the project but still needed two questions answered. So I called the office and spoke to Allison who insisted that no voice messages were left and there were no email to or from her from my husband. Allison is very unprofessional. Because I insisted to Allison that my husband did in fact leave two voice messages and two emails, we got an email this morning from them telling us that do to the recent interaction, they were declining the project. We are so glad we didn't do business with this company.

The night before the scheduled repairs, Jeremy texted to remind us of the appointment and asked if there were any changes on our end. The next day he and one of his employees arrived on time (a little early actually) and went straight to work. They were so efficient it was amazing to watch.
