We purchased a 6' cedar privacy fence and included a survey with property pin markings. We worked closely with Daniel and Justin. They addressed any concerns in a timely manner and made reasonable recommendations for gate placement and fence clearance. We had splitting post (chunks of wood fell out), leaning & irregular gapped pickets and wrong gate hinges and locks. Company came out replaced 8 post, one entire side and a new gate. At about a year (still under warranty) we needed another gate adjustment...faced with rudeness and poor communication for almost 2 months. Finally, I called saying I was filing a complaint with BBB, I received a call back and adjustment was made 3 days later. After 1-year, we ended up with a large gap under a two-tone fence (post look like red cedar and pickets look like white cedar) where some post have bad splits. So frustrating!!!

Extremely disappointed with the communication and customer service from this company, especially…read moreunder the new ownership. Communication has been absolutely terrible, and getting basic updates or follow-up has been unnecessarily difficult. They had to return to correct work that should have been completed properly the first time. I was then told I would receive updated payment information once everything was closed out. Instead, the next communication I received was referencing a potential construction lien. And just watch -- I fully expect them to respond to this review and act as though they did absolutely nothing wrong. That has been my experience with the level of customer service and accountability here. The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and at times downright rude. If I were choosing a fence company again, I would absolutely go elsewhere. There are other fencing companies offering better materials and better customer service at comparable prices. I definitely do not recommend this company.

They make the week's schedule each Wednesday, I was told, so that seemed to be a good time to call and see how things are going. The installation went very well. The crew kept the yard clean and everything about the fence seems fine. Posts look straight, there is little clearance underneath, etc. Our puppy hasn't been able to get out. I'd use them again.
