There are significant gaps and uneven levels on multiple tiers. The installer chipped a stone slab and simply glued it back in place. The undercount area was not sealed. They also filled gaps with caulk rather than cutting the tile to fit, which was actually acknowledged by a supervisor. We are attempting resolution through Costco then potentially litigation. Sloppy job and I'm beyond disappointed in the work and their nonexistent customer service.

I did all the plumbing re connections in bathrooms and kitchen and the house looks like a million dollar house. In the showroom Penny and Rey do everything in their hands to please the customer. Job number three coming up soon and we expect same results, on this next one I will do all the demolition and plumbing re connection as well and they will install the countertops and make one more trip to measure the distance between the tile and the stone. I clearly remember my Father asking this sales person three separate times during this conversation about the sink if they were actually going to install it and they said yes. This was a big reason we decided to spend money with them. Once the installers arrived they refused to do the promised work because they didn't have plumbing insurance. We called and spoke to three different people at their company to either get the cost of the plumber covered because the salesman lied or to have it done. We were put through to the owner of the company who was extremely rude. Instead of providing great customer service, the rude and arrogant owner instead threatened to put a lien on the house if my father did not pay even though they did not do what was promised. Horrible people and liars from their owner down to their sales team. Avoid at all cost.
