On April 2 2025 I Bought a 55" LED LG tv and upon opening the box I noticed the screen was cracked…read morepretty good so I put the sleeve back on it and put it back in the box and took it back to the store for an exchange. After bringing it in and they took it to the back to inspect the tv. The associate came back out and said he couldn't do anything for me because I waited more than 2 days to open the item he couldn't prove that I didn't break it myself so if I want a new tv I have to buy another one.. I told them that it was broken when I opened it & asked to speak with management so the manager that evening (5/13/25) told me that I could possibly talk to the store in Lafayette, Indiana something like 40 miles away might be able to help me but he couldn't do a thing because it had been 11 days since I bought the tv. That's TERRIBLE customer service. You have shit service at the Kokomo store. I drove to Lafayette because I wasn't going to be out that much money and THANKFULLY the Lafayette store had their head on straight. I'll definitely think twice about spending money with your company.

what happened to this place?? no other customers in the store, 3 employees standing around watching…read moreme as they are playing with each other, one black guy had obsession with pinching nipples. I asked front desk if anyone talks to customers or they only talk to each other, she tells me I just have to go ask them for help. she then calls them, I tell him im just looking for an unlocked phone to transfer. I chose the phone and paid, he handed me the box. I asked if he was transferring m, he told me I would have to that, he doesn't know how. another employee told me to download the smart switch app. they then resumed their joking around. I won't be back. I've spent a ton of money thru Best Buy and this store just needs to close.
