The Swedish meatball plate comes with 8 meatballs, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, cranberry sauce, and a cute Swedish flag on a toothpick. Overall, the flavors are good. Peas are bland. Gravy is OK. But the meatballs are great. What are they made of? I actually have no idea and probably don't wanna know. The only reason for the 4 star review is that the prices have gone up quite a bit in recent past so it's not really a great value anymore. The meatball plate will cost you $8.50. If you're an IKEA member (it's free to join), you can get a free coffee so that's a plus. Service is fine. Lastly they recently renovated the entire dining area so it's quite nice. Almost too bright. It is very clean though. And huge. Worth visiting. Check it out!

The meatballs on the other hand were yummy! I ended up getting an a la cart for just the meatballs (they sell either 4 or 5 meatballs for around $1.50) and a garlic toast on top. The garlic toast is also just okay. If I were to go back next time, I would just stick to the meatballs.

They were just a little late but Zoe called early in the day to inform us of this which was greatly appreciated. Great delivery and nice gentleman. Upon unpacking and putting it together I noticed there was a 1" long dent on the desk top edge. I called Cypress and they immediately delivered a new one out and picked up the damaged one. It was painless. I dealt with Zoe there. Upon her follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok. I told her everything was good. Better than good. I was impressed with their service regarding a $370 desk that I ordered an Ashley matching King size sleigh bed frame from them. A $1250 purchase. Zoe said it would be delivered within 2 weeks as they had to wait on it from Ashley. Which was the normal time frame from other companies. Promptly they delivered, set it up on the second floor and hauled the packing and boxes away. I have nothing but good to recommend Cypress Furniture.

This whole area is under construction due to the expansion of FM 1960. Be aware, as part of the parking lot is blocked off for the construction crew and traffic/access can be a real juggle. Selection of dog beds was indeed great, but there were twice as many cat beds. If you're a cat person, this is the place for you, obviously! Picked out a decent bed and headed to the check out. And the wait begins. And drags on and on. I was in line for an excess of 25 minutes, and I was about fifth in line. Right before I was "summoned" to check out, I turned around and counted: there were 20 people in line. Unbelievable, and absolutely no additional cashiers were called. While I like the selection of items at HomeGoods, the wait to check out is excessive. I'm amazed that after multiple years this store still suffers from the same lack of customer service at the check out.

If I'm going to spend our hard earned money, I must feel the employees know what they are talking about and not feeding BS. I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.

Our large (very expensive) umbrella stopped working within a month or two of purchase. We had to work to lower it, bring it in ourselves, miss several weeks of the summer of having it, and they gave us back the same umbrella, supposedly repaired. After a couple months of use, it no longer lowers and it's only a matter of time until a huge wind whisks away our investment. Of course, it is now out of warranty.
