Being in a waiting situation were we needed to move ASAP after 3 weeks of waiting we finally got to meet Angela. After being told everything looked great she drafted our lease the next day. I called was unable to get a hold of her left her a message I never got a call back. So I waited called again the next day for her to apologize that the landlord doesn't want to rent to us. Gave no explanation as to why. Was it credit related, race related, age related or the fact that we had 2 Emotional Support Animals. This was a 3 week waste that I stopped my housing shopping for a false guarantee. This really put everyone in a bad position and really makes my experience with them very poor. Such a disappointment.
