Original Thinking, Creative, Empathic, Visionary. There are very few people in the world in whom all these qualities can be found. I am grateful and privileged that I have come to know one of those few. Sarah Lin embodies these qualities. She is the person that, upon entering a room, everyone notices. She comes by these qualities naturally. In her real estate business, Sarah sees intrinsic value in elements her competitors fail to recognize. Sarah Lin - Castle Realty Homes - Douglas Converse - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Downey, California

Sara helped me find the home I was looking for. I wanted a 3bed, 2 bath single family home with a detached 2 car garage in a nice neighborhood and thats exactly what I got. I had been looking for a about 11 months and was about to take a break. I saw so many flipped homes with the same materials I swore it was the same contractor doing the same work. Sara was so helpful in finding out what I wanted. I never felt pressure from her to submit an offer or move forward on a house I was on the fence with. She would always advise me whether a house was worth pursuing or not. And she would often advise me not to make an offer even it fit some of the criteria i wanted. It was always about what I wanted. When it came time to make the offer, she understood the market enough to know what price we needed to go with to make it a strong offer but not offer too much. Once my offer was accepted, she explained the whole process every step of the way and even handled some things while i was out of the country during escrow. I totally recommend Sara and her team in assistants in the home buying process. read more

Sarah is an outstanding realtor! She helped my husband and I purchase our first home during the pandemic. We are so, so happy with our new home. I would absolutely recommend Sarah to anyone purchasing or selling a home. Thank you Sarah!! read more

My husband and I have known Sarah for over a few years now through mutual friends. So when we decided we were finally ready for our first home purchase, we knew she was the one to call. When it was time to start viewing properties she never once hesitated the 40 mi drive, but she even picked me up. Sarah is very knowledgeable, communicative, professional and actually LOVES what she does. She always responded promptly to texts/emails and never were we left with any unanswered questions. There were a couple bumps in the road in regards to the sellers and we ended up being in escrow longer than expected, but stayed positive with Sarah's guidance the entire way through. She helped make the necessary calls, emails and even multiple trips to the property 40 miles away. She basically did whatever she could to help the process run smoother because unfortunately the sellers agent was never much help. She was always one step ahead of the game, and we loved that about her. WE THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS SARAH for helping make our dream come true. We HIGHLY recommend Sarah for your next real estate needs. She's nothing but the best! read more

Found her through yelp. Outstanding, highly passionate, and driven Realtor! Sarah is truly amazing. She successfully managed to market our home (800K +) in Downey using latest in social media and professional photography. She gave us best terms of sale with home sold in less than 5 weeks after listing on market. We could not have asked for better trustworthy partner than Sarah in one of our most important financial transactions. As a first time anxious seller, she ensured to explain everything in detail starting from listing, pros and cons of open house, critical and important buyers showings, etc. She was extremely sharp with residential contract negotiations, all contingency removal, etc. We did not had to worry about repairs after home inspection (critical step). She got the repairs fixed for us with the help of her contracted workers. More importantly, she goes extra mile to understand repairs required in detail by working on it herself. She kept us updated every step through home showings, offers, escrow process and worked proactively with us, buyers agent , escrow team given her excellent communication skills. MY family is very grateful to her. I strongly recommend her. read more

Sarah is a smart, tenacious real estate agent. We were first-time buyers and Sarah showed us the ropes, guiding us through the various stages from finding prospective homes, to making a fair offer and finally walking us through the escrow process. She was there every step of the way, answered our dozens and dozens of questions (and re-answered them when we forgot) and always helped us keep our cool if the going got rough. Four months after the close, she's still there, helping us prepare our Change In Ownership statement : ) Thank you Sarah read more

Sarah went above and beyond for our client! I referred a client so she could move from California to Nevada. She is elderly and Sarah helped her with everything from finding all of her paperwork, working with our lender here, helping her sign all paperwork digitally, etc. She didn't have wifi so Sarah would take her laptop to her home and hot spot so she could see pictures of homes here in Nevada. She never would have been able to sell her home or buy a home here if it weren't for Sarah. I don't know another agent that would do as much as she did. Sarah is what all realtors should strive to be!!! read more

In 2009, I found a property that I liked so I contacted the listing agent, aka Sarah. She has been the most helpful RE agent I have contacted/worked with. That transaction was very smooth without any hiccups. Fast forward 7 years, it was time for me to move on to something else and guess who I went with? Yep, Sarah helped me again to sell the property. Within 2 weeks, we got 5 offers, all over listing price. The whole transaction was over in a little over 2 months (escrow took 40 days with minimal hiccups) and that was exactly what I wanted. Sarah and her team of professionals made things happen within minutes, if not hours. Heck I was even travelling and on vacation during that 2 months, and that was how much confident I had in Sarah and her team. Once again, thank you Sarah! read more

Sarah was excellent. I got the property I wanted even though I gave a backup offer. That happened because Sarah was on her game and taking care of business. Sarah has a very likable personality and that is very important when going through the home buying process, and when dealing with the other party's agent. I recommend her to handle your real estate transactions because I know she loves her career by how knowledgable she is, and by how promptly she addresses client questions and concerns. Wow it was a long process! But only bc it was the buyers who had issues with their loan. We had an agent at the beginning of June... Gave her 3 months to sell our townhome and we hardly got any traffic at all within those 3 months. We cancelled her at the end of our contract and signed up with Sarah.. Boom! 24 days.. We accepted an offer. Throughout the whole ordeal, Sarah kept it as smooth as possible. She was easy going to not only us as clients, but to all parties involved. She was always quick to respond and very organized. When selling your home, Sarah has the network to maximize exposure for your property. She had to drive pretty far as well as sit thru endless hours of traffic to take care of us but not once did I ever hear her complain. My husband and I are so grateful for all that she's done for us. She is as professional as it comes. Thanks again Sarah! read more

We used Sarah for the sale of our home. From the very start, she was a tremendous help. She helped my Dad and I decide what was necessary to be done in order to present the house for sale. Sarah, went above and beyond the call of duty to get our house sold. She helped us price the home correctly and react to changing real estate market conditions. She held several open houses to both local realtors, agents and buyers. She was always responsive to requests for assistance or to answer our questions. I would recommend Sarah as a Real Estate Agent/Broker for anyone looking for a highly skilled and experienced service provider. read more

Found Sarah a few years back on yelp. The reviews were impressive and decided to meet with her. Purchasing a house is a stressful time and more so when you know nothing about how this all works. Sarah met with my husband and I and walked us through the process. She was very knowledgeable so we chose her to be our realtor. House hunting is very competitive so we would postpone searching at times. But no matter what Sarah was always available to help with listings and with all the questions we had. Always quick to respond our text messages. Finally my husband and I decided to search intensely because we had a newborn and felt it was our time. Sarah worked closely with us. Never pressured us to make offers and never lost her patience with me because of all the questions I constantly had. She always made us feel like we were her priority to find us that perfect house. I appreciate how she would give us advice and her honest opinion about each house we visited. She was actually on vacation when she sent me the listing to our house. She guided us through the offer. Finally when we opened escrow Sarah was on top of it all. Making sure we were well informed and making sure all the deadlines were being met in order to remove all contingencies. It can be a difficult time but Sarah helped make it as smooth as possible. I never give 5 stars in my reviews but Sarah deserves that and more. She was incredible. Very grateful to her. Thank you Sarah for all of your hard work and dedication. read more

Being new to the process she literally walked me through every single step giving me daily updates on the process and making sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on with inspections and escrow etc.. She would FaceTime us in for important discussions which helped us feel comfortable with our purchase. She is extremely organized and takes great pride in her work.
